SAFETY PIN - MISSABLE: it smells like history and the guide we had, loves his job. Walk through it all, because its nooks and crannies have history too. The heroic one has her name right....a greeting to the Colombian patriots.

An enriching experience - I think it's an excellent service. The description manages to immerse us in the past in a remarkable way, generating an authentic experience. The stories are enriched by captivating background sounds and the narrator uses different nuances in his voice that transport you through time. I think they are perfect for those exploring the city for the first time, since they not only educate, but also captivate with their setting. Rich soundscapes add an authentic layer to the narratives, creating a heartfelt and immersive experience. Ideal for discovering the historical essence of the city in an accessible and enjoyable way.

Historical immersion - This experience is truly innovative. While listening to the history of the place, you can observe its parts with great interest. It is a great way to learn about the reasons behind its construction and the events that occurred there. The voices that narrate this journey, along with the sound effects, immerse you in the story, allowing your mind to create images of the battles and it is very difficult to stop listening. In my opinion, this app is spectacular and I would definitely recommend it.

Loved this audio tour! - I loved this tour! The audio was lively, rich in information and engaging. The excitement in the voices really kept me tuned in. I really appreciated the history and fun facts. It was not only informative, but at times funny! The part about the 32 medals really made me laugh. The map and photos included were really helpful. The quiz was a really neat idea. I think it would best at the end of the tour. This tour was also great for my sons. They learned so much, and it really kept their interest! I highly recommend it.

To go alone and calm is fine - The tour is good in general but the directions to get around are somewhat cumbersome. Additionally, there is an error in the number of the audios at the end and that caused confusion for me.
The data is interesting and it is useful because sometimes there is no guide service

Cannot access the audio tour that I paid for. - I bought the tour and downloaded the app. It told me to enter a code or scan the barcode. I scanned the code and repeatedly told me it was invalid. I never accessed the tour. I messaged the company on WhatsApp and have not received a response in 30 minutes. I took the tour without the audio tour that I bought.

Confusing drama - It’s good that the audio starts when you enter the area it’s talking about but finding those areas was hard and not obvious. Basically didn’t end out understanding the story and gave up after a while. It was a dramatized story more than a history lesson too so maybe best for kids. Sad it didn’t work out better.

No audio in French. - I wanted to listen to the visit to Castillo San Felipe in French and it was not available in French. Only English and Spanish. However, it was clearly written that the French language was available on Tripadvisor. I contacted by email and whatsapp, I had no response. I do not recommend
