Would definitely recommend if you are wine lovers - Great tour, we visited 4 vineyards. We were in a small group of 6 which was perfect. They also pick you up and drop you off at your hotel which is great

Beautiful views, great wine and delicious lunch! - This isn’t a really early start, hotel pickup between 7:30 & 8:30 but, after a short 1 hour drive to the other side of the coastal mountains you arrive at your first wine tasting by 10:00am😜. You’ve gotta love wine for breakfast, if not stay home. My first recommendation is eat breakfast before you leave Santiago as the tastings are generous pours but lovely. There’s two more vineyards in the Casablanca Valley with tours and generous tastings before the 4th stop at Casa del Bosque for a delicious patio lunch in a beautiful vineyard. Each stop was not rushed with tons of time for photos and shopping in the wine stores. Our guide Gabriel was excellent, informative and multi lingual so no one was left out on the info or stories. Make sure you go on a sunny day as the views are stunning. I highly recommend this tour. 😎🍷👍

Great experience! - Really great wine tour! We booked this last minute due to our other tours being cancelled. Our tour guide Gabriel was extremely knowledgeable and our driver Robertson was very prompt in pickup and drop off times. They allow you to explore the wineries and enjoy the time to do the tastings. Highly would recommend!

Casablanca - Day visiting four wineries, each with its own characteristics, ending the tour at the restaurant at the winery in the forest, a unique place, with Álvaro and Alejandro's team very qualified.

Decent tour - The guide and the driver were great, along with the wineries. You will be picked up early in the morning, around 8-8:30, then taken to 3 wineries where you will get the chance to tour the place and taste the wine. I didn't like that we were taken to a restaurant at the end for lunch, which, in my opinion, is unnecessary. We had to pay the lunch ourselves, which wasn't a problem in itself, but the restaurant is part of a winery which makes it way more expensive than most restaurants in city centre Santiago for average food. So in my opinion, they should either have a restaurant for breakfast, or scrape the lunch altogether since from the last winery to Santiago is about an hour and a half drive, so not worth spending 2 hours to eat in an overpriced place.

Tour cancelled - We unfortunately we're not able to go on this tour, we were the only 2 people signed up for the tour so it was cancelled. I completely understand not being able to run a group tour with only 2 people however they did not make the cancellation process very smooth. We were told the tour would likely be cancelled the morning before our tour however they said they could not offer a cancellation and refund until 7pm that night because more people could still sign up during that day. We were offered another tour/date but could not make that time as it was our last day in Santiago. This put us in a very difficult situation because we wanted to book another tour for the next day but had to wait as our first tour was not officially cancelled. A full cancellation should be offered sooner than 7pm the night before in order to allow customers to make other arrangements. Additionally, we were not sent a message at 7pm telling us the tour was officially cancelled and had to contact the company again ourselves and we did not hear back until almost 8pm giving us a very narrow window to get another tour booked for the next day. We would have loved to try the tour but just be aware when booking this could happen.

Irresponsible customer service - Tour operator cancelled my tour last minute due to insufficient participant but they didn’t call me to inform me. I only found out when I called them as I haven’t heard from them since payment.
