Cool and fun tour with Felipe Riso, passing through the main points of Vina del Mar - Spend less time in Valparaiso, to enjoy Vina del Mar beach and its main attractions a little more. The guide and driver were very nice and lively.

A great experience - Rodrigo Saad, our guide, and Jorge, the driver, made us have a great day. They were very kind and attentive, they provided knowledge and information about the place, and they also made us laugh a lot with their jokes... the truth is we had a great day today. Rodrigo, our guide even helped us solve my wife's health problem... what a guide... a 100... Totally recommended...

Review - This was a fantastic value for the money. Our guide took us to all the hotspots and kept us engaged and interested. He did a great job switching between languages, and I really felt like a got a good first look at the cities

Good Day Out - The tour was a nice day out and well worth the money. Sergio was excellent, and he went out of his way to interact and ensure that both the English and Spanish speakers understood what was going on. Terrific guy!

It was Fine, but Would Recommend Another - Not a great review. It was OK, but there were some relatively serious issues:
- In confirmation, didn't confirm the pickup location.
- Multiple attempts to communicate with them were not responded to.
- Confirmation said pickup at 6:30am, but they didn't pickup until 8:00am.
- Van overheated twice during the trip.
They really need to improve how they communicate with participants.

Not great, but not horrible. - - paid and confirmed, but never notified of pickup in confirmation
- attempted to contact operator multiple times, no response
- confirm said pickup at 6:30am, was notified at 7:30am that we would be picked up at 8:00am
- truck had to stop twice due to overheating
- left destination early for passengers

they didn't look for me - I bought a tour with them through Denomades, on the day of the tour, I woke up and waited and they just didn't come pick me up. After complaining to the companies, they stated that they had a date error and only said 'sorry'. I do not recommend it.
