Great way to spend the day - This was an absolutely perfect day. Doing this solo I couldn't have asked for a better guide than Seana and Kyle is truly the best driver I have had in Manila. Seanna shared some fun facts and information and carried on great conversations while Kyle was making sure we arrived safely and quickly. The bibingka on the way was SO delicious! Pagsanjan falls was absolutely incredible and the boat crews were great. The views throughout were breathtaking and going under the water fall is so much fun! Keep an eye out for wildlife you'll have the pleasure of seeing along the way; some monkeys, various lizards, lots of fish, many butterflies and vibrant dragonflies, so much to take in! Don't be surprised by them asking for a tip, but there are polite about it. Hidden Valley Springs is a really beautiful property with stunning landscapes but I was left a bit disappointed by the temperature of the springs and the quality of the food. It was still a nice calm end to the day though. Be sure to bring a dry bag or at least a waterproof phone case if you want photos of the falls, I'd suggest grabbing a quick dry towel if you can as well.

Nothing would beat the Philippines - We have nothing to say on this trip it was 10 out of 10 experience. Same team again with Seana our guide and Pedro our driver, we drove like 3 hrs from Manila going to pagsanjan we see some sceneries on the road just like the Mt. Makiling where they called the sleeping women shaped mountain and drove down to the geothermal sites on the mountain. When we arrived on the place, we see that it was a little adventurous stream, you are placed under the watchful eye of two exceptionally experienced waterway guides. I was totally stunned by the strength and expertise as our aides explored us through 18 rapids. Albeit the rapids are little (not like wilderness boating) encountering the lavish valley with little streaming cascades en route was exceptional. Pagsanjan Falls is shocking and colossal. After that we need to drive down again like 1 hour to the Hidden Valley Spring, when we arrived we been amaze to the place, the water was fine, good spots, and have a good mountainous scenery view. Overall we would recommend this tour and also the team as well, if you want to find a good experience, local foods, and adventurous ride to this trip. Its worth to do it !!!

Nice experience - We got a lovely day, outside in manila with our guide Sean and driver Kyle. They assisted us inside the villa especially on the falls which is our first destination, they are prepared about the things that we need and provide some information about the places. Overall the falls and hidden valley was fantastic.

Magical! - I was desperate to get out of the big city, and this was the perfect day trip! Paddling on the Pagsanjan River was beautiful! So many lizards, and birds, and butterflies! And so many waterfalls! And then Hidden Valley Springs… WOW! What a magical experience! Surrounded by the sights, smells, and sounds of the lush forest felt surreal. The clean, crystal clear water was warm, relaxing, and rejuvenating. The perfect day trip! Sean is an excellent guide. She is warm and friendly, very genuine, and really easy to talk with. We had a lovely day! Kyle did a great job driving. Even in some hectic Friday afternoon traffic, he stayed chill. Thanks to them both, I had an epic day!

Unlike anywhere else in the world - It is difficult to conjure sufficient superlatives to describe our experience. Navigating Pagsanjan River with nary another tourist in view was like playing a starring role in an adventure movie, and being drenched/massaged under the falls was a total rush to the senses! The intense experience of Pagsanjan Falls contrasted with the pure bliss and relaxation of bathing in the hot springs of Hidden Valley for two hours, resulting in a day trip that will be etched in my memory as long as I live. With gratitude to our tour guide, Sean, and our driver, Kyle, for guiding and supporting us every step of the way.

A Sensational Day Out - Kyle and Sean collected us promptly at 6am. Kyle drive through the infamous Manila traffic brilliantly. Sean filled us in on local knowledge. We were the first ones in the water to visit the falls so the journey was really peaceful. Sean was really clear with us in terms of instructions for the morning and managing the demands of the boatmen. We loved the water back massage from the thunderous falls! Then it was off to Hidden Valley Springs. What an incredibly peaceful place after the chaos of Manila! I really appreciated Kyle’s impressive driving and the way Sean looked after us. A long day….but a great day!

Snorkeling - Mark was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable of the area. Our original tour the boat had issues so they gave me two other tour options to pick from. Pedro was our driver and he was an amazing driver. Even through the rainstorm we hit! The boat ride was quick and easy, and we were able to see all different kinds of fishes while snorkeling. Would absolutely recommend!

Really fun day of adventure and relaxing, but wouldn't pay this much again - Overall, this was a really fun day and Seana and the driver were both lovely but I don't think this tour is worth the price point ($240pp) which is why I'm giving 3 stars. Seana was very communicative and picked us up promptly at our hotel and during the first part of the drive, we had a great conversation and Seana shared a lot of information about Filipino culture. The tour was myself, my partner, and one other solo traveler and the van was very comfortable for our group of 3 (plus Seana + the driver). We had a couple issues on the canoe trip to Pagsanjan Falls. First, the three of us shared a canoe which was uncomfortable given that we were all tall. Given the price of this tour and the relative price of the canoe portion (online suggested it's $20pp), it would have been nice if my partner and I had our own canoe because it was extremely cramped and uncomfortable sharing such a tight space with someone we didn't know. Also, our boat started breaking apart about half way into the tour and rusty nails and screws were sticking out, along with shards of splintered wood. It felt extremely unsafe. We convinced another oarsman to trade boats with us, but they requested 500 pesos as a 'rental fee', which we paid because we didn't feel safe going down the rapids in our boat. Seana was going to follow up with the Ministry of Tourism to report this, but we didn't hear back about a resolution or possible refund. The Hidden Valley Springs was beautiful and a really wonderful way to spend the rest of the afternoon. I especially liked the short (~30 min) hiking trail to the waterfall and exploring the grounds. The buffet lunch was also delicious and the amenities at the resort (locker room, showers, etc) were really nice. We really enjoyed this tour, but we felt it was overpriced for the experience.

PAGSANJAN FALLS - The upstream canoeing experience is exhirirating experience if you're a first time kayaker. The tour de force was "rafting" behind a large waterfall, nothing to compare with the little tug going behind the Niagara Falls in America off or a short track behind Huanggousu in China of course but nevertheless very enjoyable!
