Informative and varied tour - Very informative and varied tour. It is worth exploring the old town on foot. In addition to the many backgrounds and stories, it was important for me to be with someone who also has a good intuition about which streets are best avoided.

# Historic center of São Luís in the vein # - Excellent experience with the guide Rosalia Martins who demonstrated confidence and control during the guide through the historic center of São Luís. Furthermore, she took me to watch a Crioula Drum circle and, finally, gave me valuable tips during my stay in Maranhão. It cost!

Great - Our walk in the historic center of São Luís was very rewarding, accompanied by the local guide, we visited Rua do Giz, the Palácio dos Leões, unfortunately closed for works, Ana Jasen's house, unfortunately abandoned, the Nossa Senhora da Conceição Church, beautiful, well cared for, the Tulhas Market is very friendly, the Gastronomy Museum is unmissable.

Disregard for the State - A shame. The historic center is destroyed. There is no structure prepared to receive tourists. Wrong information, dirty places, unmaintained, and so on. It's a shame to see the tiles broken, fallen and nothing being done.

Frustratingly, guide didn't show up - Very frustrating. The guide didn't show up. We called the operator and they informed us that the booked tour was in the system but that Tripadvisor had not informed them about the reservation. As I was only going to stay in São Luís for one day, it was not possible to move to another day. I will contact you for a refund.
