Highlights
- Chorazin - We will leave the port of Haifa towards the Lower Galilee for about an hour’s drive where we will enjoy the view of the green hills on our way, we will pass by Nazareth, and Kfar Cana, we will get to know the landscape of Jesus’ childhood and we will reach the ancient Jewish village of Korizim. A Jewish village from the time of the Second Temple that is mentioned in the New Testament (Matthew) as a city that refused to accept Jesus and was cursed for that. We will see the village houses and the impressive synagogue.

Magdala - We will continue on our way towards the Sea of
Galilee which is about 214 meters below sea level (702 feet), on the shore of the lake we will reach Magdala. The birthplace of Mary Magdalene, a Jewish town on the shore of the Sea of
Galilee during the Second Temple period. We will see the remains of the old city, the ancient synagogue, and the impressive church. -
The Ancient Galilee Boat - Three decades ago, after a long and dry period without rain, the lake level dropped, and by chance, during a trip along the coast, the remains of an ancient fishing boat dating back to the days of Jesus were found
covered in mud. -
Susita (Hippos) Nature Reserve and National Park - We will continue on our way (30m ) to the other side of the Sea of
Galilee, on the slopes of the Golan Heights towards the ancient Roman city of Susita (Hippus).is a city from the Roman period that was recently opened to visitors. One of the Decapolis, the Pagan cities around the Sea of
Galilee, we will walk along the main street Docmenus Maximus and visit the ancient churches

Best Private tour while in Israel - Yaron was awesome, just the right amount of information and answering questions. He is an energetic guide who gave us a great experience and we missed the crowds at all the busy spots . We were toured around in his immaculate Mercedes van in comfort. From the Castle walls in Acre , Galilee and the Gollan heights to the gardens in Haifa. Tied in a visit to a kibbutz winery and the Gollan Heights Brewery for a refreshing lunch.
