Highly recommend - Amazing experience. We got to try a ton of things that we never would have thought to try at the market. Cooking class was great and was a pleasant surprise that we made more than just sushi.

Thank you Tatsuko! - Tatsuko was great and explained everything we needed to know about the market. We also visited two temples with her and then we went to the sushi making class. The ABC cooking school was wonderful and we made several different kinds of sushi.

A perfect way to end our trip in Tokyo! - We had such a pleasant day doing the shopping and especially the sushi class. We will use what we were taught at home in California. Akiko and Mary are very knowledgeable and speak excellent English. I recommend this tour/class to really get the full effect of Tokyo before going home!

Not to be missed experience in Tokyo! - We really enjoyed this amazing experience of visiting "Tokyo Tsukiji" Outer Fish Market and learning how to make rolled sushi. We booked this tour during our honeymoon in Japan as we wanted to learn making sushi. We started with our guide from the fish market (they took us to the best places), we tasted samples and tested some japanese specialities. Our guide answered every question we had about food, fish and the sushi cooking procedure. We suggest you to ask as much questions as possible to learn from this experience. In the cooking class, they taught us key basics to making sushi, egg roll and miso soup which will be staples in our household soon. We had enough help from teachers to create a beautiful rolled sushi! Highly recommended tour and experience.

Great experience - Great experience. My recommendation is to ask lots of questions. My family and I arrived two hours early and explored the market, so by the time the tour started we were already familiar with it and it was easier to assimilate the experience (but it’s not necessary, is just that our jet lag woke us up early). It is also less crowded early in the morning. The culinary class was really fun.
