A break from day to day life and the rest of the world - If you want to experience the top end in a relaxed way, the trip with Mel is the way to go. She created the perfect mix of sightseeing without being engulfed by other tourists and an easy going way of travelling between the stunning sights the area has to offer. The tour is enriched with meditation and breathwork, time for yourself and heartfelt conversations with your fellow travellers. A great choice of campsites, sleeping under the stars and nourishing food allow you to even get deeper into the feeling of having a proper time off and leaving the day to day stuff behind. If you a looking for a proper break, this is it!

Fun, relaxing, challenging, active, life changing - Relaxing, invigorating, challenging and inspirational. Spectacular sights and experiences. Mel is fantaistic. Her itinerary and activities were superb. Her ability to adapt activities according to the group is exceptional. She provided lots of unexpected fun activities and experiences. There were opportunities to choose to relax or to be physically active. The hikes, breath work, other mindful activities and kayaking were stand outs for me. Meals were varied, healthy and delicious. Campsites were great. Being able to see the stars while lying in a swag was an added bonus. Recommended for anyone looking for an opportunity to reflect on life and make positive changes in a safe and relaxed environment plus actively experiencing nature.

Exploring and relaxation combined - I booked the 6 day Kakadu Women's Mindfulness Adventure for a much needed break after a busy 6 months at work and hoping to explore some of the NT. What attracted me to this tour in particular was the combination of activities and mindfulness. Well it didn't disappoint! For 6 days Mel took care of everything: all the driving, providing information about each place we stopped and passed through and answering all our questions about the history, plants and animals of the area we were in, she also prepared us 3 delicious and varied meals a day including snacks and water and even catering to me being vego. One of the things I especially loved was that Mel shared only limited information about the forward plan, except for where we were going next and what we needed to bring, reassuring us that everything was taken care of and encouraging us to be present. I found this SO relaxing literally having to make no decisions and enjoy what we were doing in each moment. Intermittent phone reception and network coverage was a bonus and gave me the added technology break we all need. The main part of the tour was physical activities and exploring with different walks and swimming each day. I loved exploring the NT and the varied landscapes were stunning. There was also a visit to see rock art in Ubirr which I have always wanted to see, kayaking which was a lot of fun, stops at a cultural centre and the option for the boat trip to see crocs and lots of birds! Alongside these activities Mel provides a taster of different mindfulness activities including meditation and breathwork. I was blown away by Mel's guided holotropic breathwork and will definitely try this again. Another highlight for me was the smaller group size. We grew close and the experience felt like a holiday with friends rather than a regular tour. I came home totally relaxed and in love with the NT. Highly recommend! #Tour #Darwin #Mindfulness #Breathwork #NorthernTerritory

Exceptional experience in the Territory - Mel's six-day, guided wellness retreat went way above my expectations. There were many times when I forgot I was on a tour, and it felt like I was hanging out with a wild bunch of good mates. There was so much joy. Many moments were deeply healing, providing much-needed nourishment for the soul. The combination of breathwork, mindfulness, walking, swimming, and sleeping under the stars was magical. Along with the beauty and majesty of nature, I was spellbound.

ESCAPE THE RAT RACE - We would not have experienced such an amazing adventure without Mel being our Tour Guide. From the get go it was all so easy to get on our way and start our adventure. The NT stood up to its tropical climate and we were lucky that Mel took us to incredible swimming holes that were not so busy. The bush walks to these remote spots gave us the opportunity to be a part of the NT bush. We camped underneath the universe of stars in mesh tents with waterfalls flowing throughout the night This was an amazing way to encounter the mystic land and Mel's calmness and spirituality complimenting the environment. The meals/food were great and catered to all of our dietary preferences , without a fuss. Mel's tours are a true definition of the spirit of an adventure as we witnessed the breathtaking world famous sunsets, we canoed the Katherine gorge and Mel relayed the stories of the indigenous artworks. Mel's chants and guitar still echo within me as a reminder not to get caught up in the rat race of Sydney and book another Mindfulness adventure soon.

6-day top end camping adventure - Great itinerary to explore stunning scenery. Highlights include hiking in Kakadu to swim at remote waterholes and kayaking in Katherine Gorge. The small group suited me, and I was fortunate to share the experience with a fantastic group of women.
