Exceptional tour to Sintra - We wanted to explore the surrounding area during our vacation in Lisbon, so we decided on the private tour to Sintra. Miguel picked us up at the hotel and prepared a wonderful day for us! The tour could be flexibly adapted to our wishes and was therefore just perfect for us. We experienced and learned so much because Miguel has an impressive knowledge. We also went to a fantastic restaurant right by the sea, where we could enjoy the food while looking at the waves. All in all, we recommend the tour to anyone who wants to spend an extraordinary day in Sintra. Thank you Miguel for showing us so much!

Five Star Tour and Guide!! - We have been on a lot of private tours during our many years of travelling. Miguel is one of the best. He is a master storyteller. We learned so much about the history of the Sintra area. We visited the town of Sintra, had some ginjha and travesseiros, then went to Quinta Regaleira, then lunch in Praia das Macas (Apples beach), then Cabo da Roca, then Pena Palace. It was a full day! Be prepared to do lots of walking uphill and downhill! For us, the highlight was the visit to Regaleira. We didn't see the wishing well because the line was 2 hours long, but Miguel did mention some other places to see there which was also amazing, including a cave. We also really enjoyed the travsseiros pastry from Piriquita bakery. This is a MUST DO. That was probably the BEST BITE of our entire trip to Portugal. Never had anything so pillowy and tasty before. We also really enjoyed our lunch at Praia das Macas. It was a beautiful, peaceful beach with really good food. There is no need to book your attractions ahead of time. Be prepared with cash - and Miguel will pick up the tickets for you at the entrance of each of your desired attractions. It is also not possible to see all the attractions at Sintra, so keep your expectations in check. Some attractions are one hour drive from each other. Muito obrigada Miguel for a great day!!

Perfect!!! - Miguel was amazing! He spoke great English and gave us all of the highlights!!! We saw a lot of Sintra in 8 hours! Loved it so much!

Superb day at Sintra with Miguel. - We had a wonderful day. Miguel was very welcoming and knowledgeable about Portuguese history which provided a great context for our day in Sintra. The lunch and visit at the beach and Cabo da Roca were added bonuses for us. A highlight of our trip.

Amazing day at Sintra - 5 star experience with the very kind and hardworking Luisa of Jumpin Tours. We visited the lovely Pena Palace- this is the one monument that is not to be missed. We strolled around the gardens of Quinta da Regaleira and went inside the Poço Initiatico. We are very much satisfied and had a great day. Lastly, Luisa took us to the coast for an authentic Portuguese lunch. The seafood especially the fish was the best ever and so was the wine. Obrigada, Luisa! Thank you for taking care of my elderly madame and papa!

Miguel is a wonderful tour guide - Miguel is very knowledgeable and attentive and goes out of his way to tell you about the history of Sintra. It was a great experience and we highly recommend him.

A great private tour!!! - Excellent private Tour! Miguel picked us up from our hotel and explained very clearly the itinerary for the day. From his explanation, it was clear that we can modify the tour to our preference. For example, as much as we wanted to see some of the popular sites, we did not want to wait on long lines for an extensive amount of time. He recommended a great restaurant for lunch, “ Bar do Fundo” which was right by the beach. He had an extensive knowledge of the history of Portugal and he made the tour which could have been tedious into an enjoyable and efficient experience. I highly recommend !!!

Our tour guide, Miguel,... - Our tour guide, Miguel, was very knowledgeable about the history of his country and Sintra. He was able to get us to 4 different attractions and made reservation for us at a wonderful restaurant by the beach. We had a great day visiting the castle and palaces of Sintra. I would definitely tour with him again.

Magical tour to Sintra - We had a great time with our tour guide Margarida she made some recommendations for places to visit in Sintra that were not crowded with tourists. All of them had a magical touch with different views the weather was nice which made everything more memorable. Margarida is an excellent tour guide and very pleasant to be with all day exploring the city
