Highlights
- Roskilde Domkirke - See the largest cathedral in Denmark, which is also the cathedral in Northern Europe where the larges number of royals are burried.
In the months November to March - It will solely be a photostop outside the Roskilde Cathedral
- Viking Ship Museum - Explore the stories of the vikings and early Danish history.
- Frederiksborg Castle - You will get time to explore Frederiksborg Castle on your own. Tickets are included. The 2h and 15 minutes are including a lunch stop. You decide how much time you wish spending seeing the castle, and how much time you wish to spend with the lunch.
- Kronborg Slot - Explore Hamlet´s Castle, Kronborg. You will be provided with its place in Danish history and get the story of the castle´s role in Shakespeare´s Hamlet

- The tour is unfortunately NOT suited for people with mobility problems. There is a lot of walking and steep stairs

The starting point is a parking area for tour busses by the back of Tivoli Gardens right across the street from Copenhagen City Hall (Rådhuset).

Great day around Copenhagen - Dea was the best! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of good humor. When we stumped her with a historical question she had an answer for us a little later in the tour.

Fabulous day trip around Copenhagen - We had a great trip with Hamlet tours explring around Copenhagen. Dea was a fabulous guide and she kept our energy intact throughout the day. Her commentry inside Kronberg castle just made that period alive. only request is please allow a bit more time for Viking ship meuseum. It's actually such an interesting place.
It's a recomended tour if you are in Copenhagen and trying to dig down the Danish history a bit.

Living history around Copenhagen - Our guide Syles? was amazing (12 old said: sometimes he spoke too fast.)
Had good stories and a lot of energy which made history living.

day aroud denmark - Fun day see historical sites meshed with the history of Denmark. Friendly informative guide, 12 passengers, comfortable minivan, 4 stops. Highly recommended.

Comprehensive and first class experience! - This day tour was extremely comprehensive, educational and fun. Andrew our guide was punctual, polite, efficient and provided interesting conversation and information about the sites visited. This tour is a fantastic way to visit these unique destinations in one day without any hassles. Really comfortable transport. Thoroughly recommend this tour and so pleased to have experienced it.

Wonderful sights, not enough time - Felt rushed so two people could get back to their cruise ship. The ship was docked close to our hotel, but our hotel was not on the pick-up/drop-off locations causing us to spend almost $100 in taxi fares. Driver spoke very softly and difficult to hear. Did not receive guide at Roskilde Cathedral until back on bus; it would have been much guide to Cathedral than guide.

Disappointed - Did not go. They changed pick up point and time. Made 3 changes after it was too late to cancel. I had changed my accommodations to one of their listed pick up hotels and was frankly unhappy with their changes. They also changed what was included in the tour. Usually happy with tours, but felt this was both unfair & inconsiderate.
