Great tour of Copenhagen exploring Danish culture - We couldn’t ask for a better guide for our walking tour of Copenhagen. Friendly, fun and knowledgeable are the terms I would use. We learned so much about the Danish culture as well as hidden gems across the city. Thanks so much !

Can’t go wrong with Hrannar! - My husband and I booked with Hrannar for a 3 hour walking tour around Copenhagen. To be transparent - we’ve booked using Withlocals many times and they are definitely hit or miss, this was a MAJOR HIT! Hrannar was beyond knowledgeable giving just the perfect amount history mixed with culture and traditions of the Danish. I feel like we truly covered everything major in the 3 hours while still having time to chit chat and joke around. This was the highlight of our time in Copenhagen! Don’t think twice about booking with Hrannar.

Perfect Introduction to Copenhagen - We booked this tour for our first day in Copenhagen as an introduction to the city and it set the scene perfectly. Our guide, Claudio, was waiting for us at the meeting point and, despite the rain, we all had our rain coats and umbrellas ready and we soldiered forward. Claudio was absolutely excellent, highly knowledgeable, and clearly loved being a guide and giving tours. He had a clear itinerary in mind but also built in flexibility based on the weather and any preferences we had for things to see. We had just flown in and were a bit jet-lagged and loopy, so we were happy to leave most everything in Claudio’s capable hands and we followed along. He was also patient and encouraging with our many questions about the various locations we visited and the histories he described. In fact, his historical accounts were so good and so thorough, there were many times during the trip when we visited other locations that gave abbreviated accountings of various periods of Copenhagen’s history such that information from Claudio’s tour filled in many of the gaps and made for a more enriching experience for us. We also had a chance to stop for coffee to warm up from the rain and the cold, and had a lovely chat with Claudio learning about his life and his travels and sharing our own stories as well. This tour was an absolute joy and we highly recommend it as a way to kick off your visit to Copenhagen.

Walking Tour with Grazi was THE BEST - Our tour guide with Grazi was hands down the best investment we made on this trip! She expertly guided us throughout all of Copenhagen, shared insightful stories and curated the trip according to our needs and desires! It truly felt like a friend was guiding us through the city. She even took photos at some of the iconic spots so the entire family could be captured in the memory! Also, highly recommend doing the walking tour at the start because it gives you a great foundation for the rest of your time!!!

Great way to see the highlights of Copenhagen - This was a great whirlwind tour of the city. Mia was a fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable. You will walk A LOT. The nice thing is that Copenhagen is a very flat city. You will see nearly everything you want to see in the city (from the outside mostly) except for the Little Mermaid statue. Do this tour first then you can plan additional time you want to spend at the locations you want to come back to. Really a very nice tour.

Comprehensive tour - Jeff was outstanding!! He was very knowledgeable and timed everything perfectly. He gave us a wonderful overview of the city , a little bit of history , architecture, economics , lifestyle and much more . The 3 hours just flew by because he was so engaging . I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Hisham - We thoroughly enjoy our time spent with Hisham. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the city and it’s history. We saw places we might not otherwise come across and he pointed out places to visit on our own. We highly recommend Hisham as your local tour guide.
