Really well organised and professional - We booked the three hour self drive boat. We received lots of info in advance on how to locate the people/boat, and were met by two lovely people. They were kind, friendly and professional. We enjoyed the experience, but the water was a bit too rough for us, and when we called them to come back early they were really helpful, and went out of their way to facilitate us.

10/10 customer service! - The customer service from Laura and Matty is brilliant! Really welcoming and Laura explained everything in detail. We would absolutely book our future excursions with them.

Recommend strongly - Very good service, good equipment, friendly stuff. The west coast of the Tenerife is beautiful to discover from the sea side. Many good anchoring places.

Would recommend! - We had the BEST TIME ! We went on a 3 hour boat trip, but we could have stayed out on the water all day. It was super fun! A massive shout out to the lovely Lisafay who helped us with everything ! <3 Would go back here if we are ever in Tenerife again :)

Amazing customer service - We came to Las Americas 4 years ago and booked our excursions through other company’s. After seeing this company through social media we decided to try them out. When we got there, there was about a 5/10 minute wait ( which in my eyes is a good sign). Nice and clean establishment with lots of different excursions to hand. We sat down with Lisa Fay and explained the activities that we wanted to do. She couldn’t be more helpful in helping us choose the right one for us. We booked 4 different excursions through them and only took around 10 minutes to do so. Brilliant customer service and will definitely use them again in the future. Be sure to look on their social media for offers available as we got 2 free monkey park tickets if you spend over a €100 each on excursions (excluding park tickets). They’re not like most company’s who just try and take your money, they genuinely want you to have the best possible time while on your holiday. Highly recommended.

Lisa Fay Best Customer Representative For Excursions - I can highly recommend Teneriffe First Excursions but would like to highlight their customer service representative Lisa Fay! Teneriffe is packed with various companies trying to sell you excursion packages on the street so we spoke to quite a few whilst walking around, but stopped when Lisa started speaking to us. From the initial introduction of what they have to offer to us making payment of the boat we decided to rent we felt comfortable throughout the process. No hard sales tactics but extremely informative, slight negotiation but definitely to our benefit in comparison to others, extremely professional but fun at the same time. If I ever go back I would definitely contact Lisa again and recommend anyone looking to book a boat ride, volcano tour, quad or buggy rally etc with her.
