Beautiful sunset cruise - We were lucky enough to have a beautiful sunset on our trip, which was just gorgeous. We booked the lobster but didn't get told until boarding that it wasn't available, which was disappointing. However after a quick email from the company, the online booking company supplied the requested refund for the difference. The staff were lovely and the food was plentiful.

The cruise and sunset was... - The cruise and sunset was a highlight, the cultural dance wasn't as expected and the food was either dry or undercooked.

Disappointing - The staff were really good, friendly and helpful and the entertainment was great. Captain Cook Cruises has a lot to answer for, the boat is very run down, the bathrooms needing repair and modernising, and the buffet should have been much better, definitely not worth the money, very disappointing

Very disappointing - What a disappointing evening. Expensive for a very ordinary, small buffet meal with only one dessert option. Although the staff were friendly the value was truly not there. I would not recommend this tour.

Capt Cook Dinner Cruise- Eat Before you Go - Booked on Sunset cruise from Denerau as they kept cancelling our week long Yasawa Cruise day after day. Cruise! What a joke, barely left port & anchored nearby ( husband went up on deck in pouring rain to see) The food was simply awful, bland, old no flavour. Fish was freezer burnt & been heating for hours. The Pinot noir wine was bad tasting & brown. On asking the Capt he agreed it was awful & the liquor place they frequented had probably given old cheap stock. Well nothing was cheap. The loos were stinking, everything was old & tatty. The whole experience was overpriced, underdone & never to be repeated. Buyer beware.

Don’t do the dinner cruise. Save your money - I was very disappointed. Be out with them several times. But this time they didn’t even have a stocked bar. Order a Bombay and tonic and we aren’t even out of the port and got the last one and no more. The selection of drinks was very much limited. And it’s a cash bar with no selection. The food was very poor and beef curry you couldn’t even eat. All local food but go to local restaurant cause this is not good and selection is like over cooked left overs in restaurant pans. When I did this before they had a great selection of items a lobster tails steak cuts and great selection but now lobster is an extra with an extra charge. Not impressed with the offerings on this cruise at all. Really has gone down and this includes the food. It’s not a dinner cruise so don’t plan on enjoying the offerings. The boat it self needs some serous TLC. The staff are great and I feel for them to be on the front line of this troubled company. If this is a taste of the company lord help me for any one booking a cruise for 3 or more nights. Unless you don’t want to eat. I am sure it’s the same I recommend not to do the evening cruise and spend your money else where and enjoy the food any where but there. Again the crew and staff are great to do with want they have. They really need to step up the game. So disappointing
