Mount Fahren, or the Mountain with Two Heads, was the name given to the mountain. As you walk away from the mountain, you’ll notice that it has two summits.

Edge of the world - I recently embarked on a tour to the Edge of the World in Saudi Arabia, and it was an extraordinary experience. The journey through the desert landscape was both serene and awe-inspiring, with vast stretches of golden sands and rugged rock formations. As we approached the edge, the sheer drop and panoramic views took my breath away. It felt like standing on the edge of the earth, with an endless horizon in front of me. The guide was informative, providing insights into the region’s history and geology. Watching the sunset from this vantage point was the perfect way to end the day. Great Experience - The “Edge of the World” in Saudi Arabia, or Jebel Fihrayn, is an awe-inspiring natural wonder located about 90 kilometers northwest of Riyadh. The journey there is an adventure in itself, involving a rugged drive through the desert landscape, often requiring a 4x4 vehicle.
Once you arrive, the breathtaking view makes the trip worth it. The landscape is a series of dramatic cliffs that seem to extend infinitely, providing panoramic views of the desert below. The towering cliffs and their sheer drop-offs give the site its name, creating the sensation of being on the edge of the world.
Visitors often find this place ideal for hiking, exploring, and photography. The cliffs and surrounding desert offer a stark, almost otherworldly beauty. The wide-open spaces, combined with the tranquil silence of the desert, create a sense of serenity and isolation that many find unique and captivating.

Breathtaking - Fahim was great, he did much more than he had to, took amazing pictures with us in spots he was familiar with, and gave us locations on some incredible views. He was very well educated about the tour and made it amazing.

A Wonderful Trip - The views from the Edge of the World were spectacular. Our guides were friendly and helpful and took great videos of us on top.
The dinner experience was lovely. It was in a large traditional tent with Persian carpets comfortable floor seating. We were served sweet mint tea and Saudi coffee. There were snacks and drinks before dinner and the meal they served was delicious rice, chicken and salad.
It was really great and exceptional value for money.
