Great, authentic experience - This tour was a great experience I'd recommend to anyone visiting Dubai. There's a lot of history in this city that sometimes gets overlooked, and to have an Emirati-led tour was a treat. Our guide Hamad was very friendly and encouraged us to ask questions. He showed us some historical buildings and led us through several museums. We definitely left with a greater knowledge and appreciation of Emirati history and culture. This tour took about 3 hours and did involve some walking. We also got to see some camels, hold a falcon, enjoy coffee and dates, and sit inside of a Bedouin tent. Very cool.

Highly recommended 1st thing to do before exploring other tourist destinations. First learn the actual history & culture - The tour provides great information about history, culture and food that we would not have learned otherwise. The small group helped us to be fully engaged with the Emirati guide, who gave us brilliant stories not just about Dubai but the entire region. The food was delicious and they had different dishes including sweets. We visited the Jumeirah mosque and the 100 years old Emirati house. Overall it was a great experience actually the best 4 hours of our stay in Dubai.

What an amazing experience! - We had such an amazing experience with Heritage Express! The bus looked amazing and it was cold which we think was great since it was hot during our tour. Our tour guide, Shaima, did a fantastic job. She was very knowledgeable, entertaining, smart and a customer service champ! What a character! This is definitely something you should not miss while in Dubai.
