- Every child must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please bring bathing suits and something to protect your feet, like sandals or flip flops, since the beaches here are mainly covered with pebbles.
- We would advise bringing sun cream and a hat or something similar to protect your head from direct sunlight
- Please come to the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start time, since we need some time to give you basic instructions for kayaking and to gear you up.

We are located in Pile park, under the Pile Gate bridge. There are stairs on the left side of the bridge, when looking from outside of the old town, which lead down to the park. Go under the bridge towards the beach and look for Fenix Adventure desk. Feel free to call us if necessary.

Highly recommend! - A fantastic experience! Our guide was knowledgeable and helpful. It was a lovely way to spend the afternoon - the 1.5 hour duration was the perfect amount of time. Would highly recommend!

We had fun - Trip was great and Edi was an excellent guide. The Betina's cave is a very beautiful place and a good spot for swimming and snorkeling

Amazing outing - Views were incredible ... looking up at the walls from the sea was stunning ..... guide (eddy) was fantastic... the water was sooo clear it was astonishing ... swimming and snorkelling at the cave was also wonderful ... water was a great temperature ...we had a clear day and the kayaking was doable even for some with less experience.

Tour company no show - Showed up at meeting spot. Tour company no showed. Say they went out of business. Terrible experience.

Able to book but tours not operating??? - No show from the guide. Weather had been bad the morning we booked so I contacted the operator 90 mins before our scheduled start time. Received no response, went to the meeting point and discovered no guide, no kayaks and a number of other people who had also messaged the guide re the weather and received no response. Waiting for a refund.

Nobody showed up, felt like a scam - It was a no show, felt like a scam as the tour operator didn't show up and looked like nobody had been there in ages. After being left waiting for over an hour in total, it looked like no kayaks had been on the water all week - might have not been 'in season' but if so we shouldn't have been able to book it. Got the trip refunded but it cost us money to get down and really threw our day...
Wouldn't recommend.

Very unprofessional - Trip was cancelled 10minutes before the start date, I previously contacted them to confirm, no answer. Rang them on the spot and a sleepy guy answered the phone to say his colleague forgot to cancel. Just ridiculous
