Segway Tour w/Shantel was so fun! - Shantel was a great tour guide! She knew her facts and let us really enjoy ourselves on the segways! Definitely recommend this tour!

Thrilling travels through Lauderdale - This was part of our anniversary trip; it was an awesome time. Mike, our tour guide was energetic, engaging, informative, and full of life, there was not a dull moment along the way. Mike shared the rich history of Fort Lauderdale, especially the information about Wayne Huizenga Sr. This tour is definitely on our radar for when we visit Lauderdale in the near future. You won't be disappointed with Mike as your tour guide.

Segway Tour - Mike was a great guide. To start off with we had a safety briefing and he explained how to ride the segway. After a few up and downs the pavement and round the car park we were ready to go. Mike was watchful that everyone was still following him and we had stops along the way. The tour was interesting and informative and delivered with enthusiasm. We went to places that we wouldn't of found ourselves. An enjoyable trip, thanks Mike!

Great tour! - We took the Yacht and Mansion Tour and had so much fun. Mike did a great job training all 3 of us who had never been on a Segway before and we were confident within minutes. He made the tour fun while sharing a lot of Fort Lauderdale history that I never expected to learn. Would highly recommend this for anyone looking to see Fort Lauderdale from a different and very enjoyable perspective.

Tour guide great, company has a lot of work to do with communication and expectations - We were cruising and had half day to spend in Fort Lauderdale at the end of the cruise and were so looking forward to this segway adventure. After booking through viator, I attempted 3-4 times to contact the company through the app because I had a few questions about luggage, etc. I also received confirmation that we were going on a completely different tour so was confused. No one ever called back, so I decide to call the company. It took 2-3 calls to finally get someone on the phone. I spoke to Jennifer and specifically asked if the Animal Feeding was included in the tour and asked why I was getting a different itinerary. She said, "absolutely, the animal feeding was part of the tour" and answered all of my other questions, so our expectations were set. Our tour guide was great, giving us so much history about the city and was such a personality and took all sorts of pictures for us. Unfortunately, the animal feeding didn't occur. The company has a good product, but they need to get their act together with communication and accuracy.

Zero wildlife - First, Mike was great. Very informative. The problem was we signed up for the two hour mansion and wildlife tour and it did not include any wildlife, unless you include a dead iguana and some park pigeons. We could have saved $60 and just did the one hour tour.
