Highly recommended. Good value. - Our guide, Michael, was excellent and provided many insights into the history of the area. Tour length (6 hours) was just right too see the town and the castle. Our guide referred us to a nice restaurant for a relaxing lunch. Would highly recommend this tour.

Excellent Heidelberg tour - Michael was an excellent tour guide and driver. Turns out it was just my husband and myself that morning. Michael was extremely informative during the drive and at the castle. Couldn't have been better!

Nice, educational day trip - Michael was very knowledgeable. He knew his way around and had us leave and arrive back on time. The van that we traveled in was very spacious and clean, and well air conditioned.

Tour Too Short - We went on a Saturday afternoon Heidelberg tour in late May. Apparently the castle closed early that day. We paid $700 for a rushed 30 minute tour of the castle and 1 hour at a restaurant, leaving little/no time to explore the castle or the town. The castle looks amazing and a tour is warranted but not this truncated one we took. Not worth the money we paid. And please, don't spend a precious 10-15 minutes sitting at the pick-up spot talking-just get going.

not a good value - Overview of castle but no tour of the town. The wine room was underwhelming. One would think we’d have a wine there! Not worth the money. Michael had a lot of historical knowledge.
