A wonderful personal tour. - Diego provided a perfect tour of food in the market. It could be easy to get overwhelmed, but he knew exactly where to go to get the best “barbacoa”, “tortas ahogadas”, and the finale “birria” in a picturesque plaza we would never have explored, if not for Diego. Diego grew up in Guadalajara and has personal connection to this city. Highly recommend his tour.

Food + History = An Incredible Tour! - Diego was an amazing tour guide! There is no better way to learn about a different culture than through their food. Diego took us to several family-run locations to try different foods - and they were all delicious! In between eating, we were able to see various historical and cultural sights and Diego had extensive knowledge of the area and history that he shared with us. The mix of food and history was exactly what we were looking for and we would recommend this to everyone!

Great guide! Jam packed walking tour! - Diego was such a gem. He was so knowledgeable and gave great insight into the history and culture of Guadalajara. He was able to customize our tour, so we could see key sights as well as have some local cuisine. There’s lots of walking, but easy. Nothing steep or challenging terrain. Walking shoes, sun protection, and water is recommended. Diego also sent us a list of restaurants and bars based on our tastes for Tequila, Guadalajara, and Tlaquepaque. He was a great resource even after the tour. He has several tour options in Jalisco, and I would highly recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him.
