Great Trip Around the Island for our Family of 5! - Sinthis showed us an awesome time! She picked us up at our meeting spot (we're on the island for 9 days) and was very flexible when we changed it!! We explored some parts of the island we didn't know about and she gave great recommendations! We enjoyed our time with her and my 8 year old gave her 5 stars!

Chocolates, Monkeys, Sloths, Island Tour, Shopping & Rum! - My daughter and I were picked up by Sinthia, our private driver and tour guide. Sinthia was so welcoming and full of interesting information about Roatan. Our first stop was Mayak Chocolate . We were given the history of how the Chocolate was made and samples of each different kind. The staff was so friendly. Next Sinithia took us on a driving tour and off to see the Sloths and Monkeys. Oh my goodness it was awesome. Our guide there was wonderful and informative. We got to hold a Sloth, interact with the Monkeys and Macaw’s. We had so much fun. That was one of my favorite experiences. We continued our tour of the Island driving through towns and learning more about the history. Our next stop was Macaw Market to explore the shops. Each and everyone had friendly staff and great merchandise. I found a really cute dress at one and some other treasures at others. We left there and headed to Rum tasting. Of course all along the way Sinithia told us more about the Island and culture. Rum tasting was fun we came away with Rum of course and Rum soaked cakes. Sadly it was time for our tour to end. I can’t say enough about Sinithia. She was over the top. We were so happy she was the one to introduce us to everything. Sinithia was a great driver. I can’t imagine anyone else that was so right for us. I highly recommend her. Thank you Sinithia for giving us an unforgettable experience.

Great experience! - This was a great time! My guide David was on time and super insightful. Since I was solo, it was like having a personal tour guide. The animals at the sanctuary were my favorite part as it was fun to see sloths and monkeys in person! Would definitely recommend.

Animal love - It was so much fun holding the sloths and allowing the monkeys to climb on our heads. The guide was really great and seem to genuinely care about the animals. Also the parrots were fun to watch jump from head to head too

The very best excursion, ask for Fred! - Oh my goodness!!!! One of the very best excursions ever!!! Thank you to our guide, Fred, he was exceptional! Fred was one of the best ever… professional, entertaining, knowledgeable, friendly and stayed with us for the entire trip! His driving was amazing, steady and very careful. He took us to the VERY BEST PLACES…and guided our journey. Fred is number one! Thank you for an amazing experience, one that we’ll remember forever! PS thank you to Alex of Bullfrog Security for helping me make the journey in my wheelchair. We had to meet our tour up and down a ‘not too pedestrian’ friendly road. Thanks Alex!

Fantastic day in Roatan Bay! - Highly recommend booking this private tour! They will customize your day however you like, just contact them and tell them what you're looking to do. We were visiting for the day coming off a cruise ship and after researching several companies decided to give Roatan Tucan Adventures a try and it did not disappoint. Sinthia was our tour guide for the day and she planned everything out perfectly and took great care of us. Prior to leaving for the cruise, she sent us instructions on how to exit the port since it is not allowed for ANY company to enter the port. You can either walk 7-10 min from your ship (up and down a hill) or grab a taxi for a quick ride if mobility is an issue. You can start any time in the morning you like. Even though our ship arrived early at 7am we opted for a later 9:30am start time. Sinthia also had all our cruise information and keeps up with any port changes and if for some reason you're delayed or your ship doesn't dock she will know about it and you won't get charged which is a great plus. Sinthia greeted us outside the port with her sign in hand to find her. She drove a small and clean SUV which was perfect for navigating some of the rough roads of Roatan. For the tour, it was just me and my husband and we visited a sloth/monkey sanctuary that she recommended and said was the best; made quick stops at a local chocolate factory (careful if you buy anything, it will melt since the island is usually fairly warm) and a local rum shop with delicious rum and rum cakes that we purchased to bring back as gifts. As we drove around the whole island, Sinthia shared a wealth of information and knowledge about the island, it's people, culture and country. We then headed to a beach club for a few hours where she suggested we could snorkel a small part the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world. She set everything up for us and we went out for an hour and had a fabulous time. We were fortunate not to many other people were snorkeling at that time so the fish were active and we even saw sting rays. (I would say if you're really big on snorkeling perhaps book a separate tour or have them book you with a company that goes farther out from popular beaches. But this was a great way to sample it). Overall, we had a great day and got to do a little bit of everything. This tour company takes it very seriously to get you back to the boat early. We were back 2 hours before our all aboard time and when booking they told us it was their policy. This way there is buffer in case anything happens or any delays, you won't have to worry. We spent the last 2 hours enjoying Mahogony Bay Port. Note: I recommend bringing cash for everything. It’s easier and faster and not everyone takes credit card

Cynthia was great! - Cynthia was a great tour guide. Very pleasant with a lot of patience. We loved it that we were able to combine the different highlights to do in Roatan vs. having to choose only 1 experience.

Fun times. - Allan, our driver, was great!!! Very fun day seeing the sloths and monkeys (omg sloths!) plus sampling chocolate, Honduran food and amazing views of the ocean. Allan was great about teaching us about his home town and making us feel comfortable. Thank you Allan.
