Much more than just a safari! - The original plan was to 'just' go on a safari to Murchison Falls but because of the great driver and guide, the amazing service and helpful advise I decided to extend my trip with Dark Hills. I am so glad I did! It really felt like anything was possible. I loved the accommodations (especially the one in Entebbe!), have seen so many animals and breathtaking views and met lovely people. Thank you, Francis and team, for organizing this wonderful trip and showing me your beautiful country. Will be back!

Amazing safari! - Such an amazing experience! We visited the top of the falls and did an extended tour of 3 nights in the park. This allowed us to do 3 different game safaris and a boat safari. We saw a lions with little ones, 3 different leopards, plenty of giraffes and elephants and much more. I have been in Murchison Falls before but I would definitely recommend going with Dark Hills Uganda. Robert, our driver, was lovely, funny and knew a lot about the animals. Thanks to Francis for organizing our trip and to Robert for making this trip amazing!!

Highly recommended! - Super organised! A long trip but more than worth it. We were in a very nice safari car with our wonderful driver Robert who was always on time. He can spot animals like the best and also knows a lot about them. We started with the waterfalls of Murchison falls, fantastically beautiful! We did 3 safaris and a boat trip, which was great because we saw 15 lions, 3 leopards and lots of giraffes and elephants and more. We also had a ranger with us during the safaris, which made the safari even more fun. The accommodation is good and the food excellent. I absolutely recommend traveling with Dark Hills. A big 10!

amazing experience! - what a fantastic trip! Beautiful waterfall and saw so many animals! Everything was arranged down to the last detail. Good driver, ranger who knew what she was passionate about and also knew how to find the animals we wanted to see. Leopard, lions and cubs, elephants, giraffes, buffalos, antelopes, hartebeests, warthogs, hippos, baboons and other monkeys and various bird species including the Egyptian vulture and the crocodile! I can recommend this safari to everyone. We did 3 safaris by car and one boat safari. Even for people who are afraid of water I can recommend this, if you want you can get a life jacket. I personally didn't do that as I can swim and it was also incredibly hot. The accommodation was also good, as was the restaurant. Best holiday ever!

Fantastic Murchison Falls & Rhino Adventure! - During our unforgettable journey to Murchison Falls and the rhino sanctuary with Dark Hills Uganda, we had an amazing time! We saw the powerful Murchison Falls and got up close to the rhinos at the sanctuary. Our driver, Robert, made the trip even better. He was friendly, safe, and knew all about the places we visited. We recommend Dark Hills Uganda for anyone who wants an awesome adventure in Uganda!

Amazing three days! - We had a fantastic experience with Nasser. He showed us this beautiful country and the Murchisonfalls Nationalpark. He gave us lots of helpful tips for our remaining time in Uganda. We’d definitely would recommend a trip with Nasser and Dark Hills.

Oops, I fell in love with Uganda.... - Before I went to Uganda, I always drove a car by myself in different country's. I really thought that I could drive in Uganda too, but my friend who's living in Uganda did advise against. She recommended Dark Hills, so I listened to her. Couldn't be happier after all! I went with a group of friends. Our driver, Robert, also involved to our friendship. It felt like a lovely family. Everyday Robert was happy and in time (not Ugandan time). We traveled all around the country and saw the most beautiful animals. Dark Hills helped us out to plan this trip, to listen to our wishes. The traffic in Uganda is crazy! But every minute in Robert's car I felt safe. He is a really patient and well experienced driver. Couldn't do it better myself. The most wonderful thing we did was the Gorilla tracking. It was a long drive from Kampala, but totally worth it. Also on the way to Bwindi we saw a lot of beautiful things; different types of nature, the equator, impressive neighborhoods, animals and big hills with gorgeous views I can't even describe in words. That friend of mine who is living here, which I write about before, asked me for yéárs to come over to here. I wish I had done this sooner, because I really fell in love with this country too. If you ever doubt about going to Uganda: GO FOR IT! And ask Dark Hills for advise.

Best trip ever - after this you will know why Uganda is called the 'Pearl of Africa'! - Me and my friends had a great trip to Murchison Falls. To see the animals in the wild was amazing. There are many possibilities to see the park and the animals (morning safari, night safari and even a boat safari). It never ceased to amaze us! Our ultimate goal was to see the big-5, and we did! The combination of murchison falls and the rhino sanctuary was great, as the only missing animals of the big-5 were the rhinos (they are not present in the Murchison Falls national park). Dark Hills created a custom-made tour for us and helped us achieving the best vacation ever. The driver was really nice and we enjoyed his company, we felt really safe while he was driving us all through Uganda. And he helped us spot all the animals (which is sometimes a lot harder than you think! Thank you Dark Hills for creating the best holiday ever, you are a big part of why we fell in love with Uganda. We will be back!

An Unforgettable Adventure with Dark Hills Uganda! - My friends and I traveled to Uganda to explore Murchison Falls. Dark Hills organized a fantastic tour for us that was within our budget. Our guide, Robert, was very knowledgeable and made the trip even more enjoyable. We loved the boat ride where we saw hippos, crocodiles, and the falls, and we were fortunate to spot the big five animals and rhinos on the first day. The hike to the top of the falls was also amazing. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and we'd choose Dark Hills Uganda again

Great Safari for any traveler - Overall an awesome safari for a budget-friendly traveler. Murchison Falls blew me away and I was able to see all Big 5. My guide’s name was Robert who was very knowledgeable, well-connected in the reserve (key for alerts of where animals are), & a safe driver. Vehicle was a bit dated but very comfortable and performed well in the reserve. Accommodation was solid, no frills - but the staff were friendly (despite reviews on Google) and the food was great with healthy portions. Beautiful sunrises from the lodge were a plus. Dark Hills admin was supportive and accessible throughout the trip which was reassuring while traveling alone. I'd recommend to anyone that’s trying to see the Big 5 without breaking the bank.
