Harbor next to Arkadia Barge , at the bottom of the Wawel Hill, where dragon statue is. We meet at the lower level which can be reached by walking down the steps.
If you don't see anybody outside go into Arkadia Barge and ask staff.

Amazing experience! - Mariusz was our captain was absolutely fantastic on our gondola ride!! We had the best couple of hours, the cruise was amazing with beautiful scenery! Mariusz could not have been more helpful and made our ride even more fun! I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Poland to go on this cruise with this company and even luckier if you have the same caption!!
