Impressive close-up of orangutans - Unforgetable experience. Although it was not the best time to see orangutans, we were very lucky and saw two, one of them the dominant male, which was impressive. Fantastic option to return in the afternoon with the same ticket!! Animals are respected and we try to make them feel good and people do not overwhelm them. Unforgettable opportunity to get close to orangutans.

Amazing experience, memories for life, great guide. - From the minute Rick picked us up to the second he returned us to our hotel, he was a mind of information. History of Sarawak, places to see, I do about places we passed and then semenggoh it's self, telling us all about the park the different orang utans. We had the most amazing experience of seeing 2 in 2 different areas. The main area where we watched ganya playing in the trees and the ropes on the way to the feeding area. Finally Anuar the 2nd alpha male came down just as we were leaving . Worth a life time of memories.

Excellent experience - Prior the the tour, I was given clear communications via whatsapp from the organiser (Edwin) in to know what to expect in terms of tour joining instructions. This efficiency was much appreciated. We were picked up from our hotel by our guide (Antoni) exactly on time and driven to the centre, with interesting information on the background of the centre and Kuching itself given to us along the way by Antoni. We were given clear instructions on what to expect from the morning and how to behave (e.g. to not make noise to disturb the orang utans). At the centre we were driven up to the feeding centre in electric buggies, saving a long hot walk and ensuring we got there in time for the morning feeding session which maximised our chances of seeing the orang utans. Antoni accompanied us throughout the tour, and the park rangers were also very much present at the centre itself. Whilst it cannot be guaranteed that orang utans will be seen on any particular occasion, we were lucky enough to see 6 in total, in 2 feeding locations. All in all it was a successful and enjoyable trip.

Great opportunity to see orangutans - The park if home to many rehabilitated orangutans who now call this place home. Given it's been established for so long they are now breeding and having their own offspring. We were super lucky to see the orangutans - 6 in total. One solo near one of the feeding platforms, then a group of 4 which included a mother with a tiny baby as well is 2 older siblings who were all hanging out together and then finally a large male who was really close to the road. The ranger fed him various fruits to keep him occupied while we all snapped shots and then he was finally off. This was a highlight for us on our trip to Borneo - be aware though that there is a degree of commercialism here with many taking the chance to visit

Short visit with oranges - The work done there by the rangers and the organization is great! They set clear rules about how you should behave and they enforce them! We were lucky and were able to observe several orangs, even a mother with her young. It was just a shame that all the trails were closed, it wasn't stated why. You could only move on the road and enter a path with the rangers.

Very disappointed. Could be better - Very disappointing visit. Whilst there is no guarantee of seeing the gorgeous orangutans we sit through a 20 minute briefing on the do’s and dont’s and then it falls flat because no orangutan in site. Having been to Sepilok we felt this was a waste of time and money. All there was, was a small presentation video room and a few photos - not even a shop to buy stuff, though there was a stall seller in car park. They should make this a more interesting centre if you are unable to see an orangutan. Felt so flat and will not go again.
