With family in Catalina - We really enjoyed spending a day at Catalina. Bring sandals that go into the water because the small rocks can be sharp. With our 3 children aged 15,13 and 6. We had a beautiful day and a good atmosphere. Remember to take your beach towels from the hotel as they are not provided otherwise and of course sunscreen and cap. Arriving on the island you can eat a buffet meal and drinks included in the outing. Be careful, they want you to get extra fish. Excursion to do.

In great experience - From the initial contact, to consult about the available tours, we had wonderful attention, very cordial and empathetic. The price/quality ratio is one of the best. I completely recommend it.

Crystal clear water and marine animals as far as the eye can see - I loved!! The water is super crystal clear and the guide was fantastic. The beach has free sun loungers and restaurants. A day very well spent

Saona Island Review - It was a great experience, thanks to the fact that oneclick picked us up early, at the door of our tower, transported us and included all our visits to different places within the package we paid for, we had a spectacular time, everything is well coordinated and organized, we did not have Nothing to worry about, lunch was delicious, there is a person who provides drinks all the time. Super recommended, they were super attentive and attentive.

Good service and quality - Excellent. They picked us up from the hotel in the morning, then we boarded a boat, snorkeled and saw a great variety of fish; very nice indeed. When we arrived at the island we really enjoyed the landscape. The attention of the One Click Shuttles staff is great, they were always attentive to us.

Catalina - Crystal clear and very warm water. A very good catering service. Excursion to do, it's one of the essentials.

Trip - The boat trip was really good, stopped at an amazing place (wish to stay there). Actual island was ok, not so special. Not enough time to spend there to can enjoy.

DO NOT BOOK THIS - not a good time...boat would not start to begin the trip. would not start after the snorkeling pit stop. transfer AT SEA into small dingy with NO LIFEJACKETS in 6 foot waves was terrifying, and they packed over 30 into a boat for 20 at most! DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR LOBSTER. we were a party of 5, and 3 of ours were so old the meat was chalk like and inedible. another couple gave us their lobster as they would not even try it. The buffet lunch was good, the island was nice, but that is all I can say that is positive about this trip, and we paid $780 Canadian for the 5 of us. What a waste of money and a day of vacation time.

Punta Cana - the best people - We went from Hotel Riu Bambu to Samana, on a horrible bus, the tire got flat The seats were small for 2 people. a very long journey. I only recommend the horse excursion because of the guys who accompany you and explain it to you. The bad return left us stranded for more than an hour. Our mistake buying the beach excursion. Don't do it to save a few euros. Otherwise Saoma, highly recommended and the resort is great The staff are very friendly. Going to Punta Cana is great to dance, drink, sunbathe, relax, laugh Montse

Overpriced and awful - Advertised as a snorkeling trip . Only got 15-20 min in the water very little to see . Lunch was horrible! We were left sitting in the bus on the way back , for over an hour waiting ( it wasn’t ever communicated as to the reason . The ttour leader was extremely rude yelling at people . THIS WAS OVER PRICED AND AWFUL . Very disappointing
