Excellent day out - A fantastic day out and really good value. Our guide was really friendly and knowledgeable. We saw walking fish and blue crab, visited the bat cave, fish farm, saw the eagles feeding, 1 hr stop on lovely beach, trip out to sea around the coast back in to the other inlet, lunch at the floating restaurant…and lots of mangrove forest

Fun and Educational wildlife experience - The tour was amazing. Our guides knew a lot about the area, taught us about mangrove ecology and were happy to answer any additional questions we had. The whole crew was fun, the food delicious, the wildlife (eagles, monkeys, fishes, crabs, bats, ...) was beautiful, the boat ride offered perfect views of Kilim Geopark. Would totally recommend.

Great experience! - We booked the tour directly with Flora Fauna Eco and had Fauzan as our guide. Everything was very well organized. Fauzan explained everything to us in a great and exciting way, always involving the guests. We thought it was great that we didn't tour with the other masses of boats, but that our boat was on its own. Great group, great guide, great day! Fauzan & Team - thanks for the experience and for making our day!

This must be the best tour by far in Langkawi - Recommended to us by another couple on our cruise ship, we contacted Fauzan, the boss, after 11pm at night to see if there was availability the following morning. What service!! He was back to us within minutes to confirm ok AND he sent a lengthy set of information notes and photos to ensure that we were left in no doubt as to where he would pick us up and at what time the following morning - plus a list of what to bring. Spot on time, Fauzan arrived to pick us up and drove us across the island to the Kilim Geoforest Park Jetty, a very professional reception centre with excellent restrooms and where we were met by a troupe of wild monkeys. Meeting up with others on the tour we were taken to a very modern sleek canopied boat seating 15 which was to be our mangrove tour boat Off we set through the mangroves for a five hour tour that included a visit to a bat cave, a floating fish farm and the crocodile cave. We stopped along the way numerous times for monkey watching, and as we wended our way through the narrow mangrove channels we stopped to look at various reptiles, a snake, kingfishers, masses of red kites, an eagle viewing area and then suddenly we left the mangroves and found ourselves in the open sea - flat calm. There followed a glorious beach stop to enable us all to swim in the warm sea for half an hour, before returning to the boat to continue our journey back by the coast to the iconic Kilim Geo forest park landmark marking the entrance to the mangroves and then a stop on a floating restaurant for a late lunch, before returning, after completing a huge circular route by boat, to the Kilim Geoforest Park Jetty. This trip was the highlight of our tour of South East Asia. Fauzan runs a very very professional, highly safety conscious tour operation and offers something unique that will be etched on our memories for ever. Thankyou, Fauzan, for making our day so special. Wonderful tour guide - Our guide “Frozen” was just wonderful. He remembers everybody’s name in a single pass. When he points out interesting sight, he addresses to that particular person with a personal touch. Sometimes he adds comments to using that person’s country particulars so that we can appreciate what we see.

Great trip to see the mangroves - We decided to book the boat trip to the mangroves rather than a kayaking because it was so hot. We were picked up on time and taken to the park. Both our guides were excellent. The boat ride was great. We managed to go through the crocodile cave thanks to the skill of our boat captain. During the ride we saw plenty of monkeys and birds, including eagle. I enjoyed the brief visit to the fish farm. Included lunch was tasty.
