Wonderful time! - Fun experience and learned some history about Las Vegas that I did not know of before taking this trip

Superb tour and reasonable priced. - Tour was great! 3 hours but worth it. You can see and get told about Vegas and its history. Go at beginning of trip and then plan where you want to return on your own. We stopped for 1 hour on Fremont St. Not to be missed!

Best vegas experience... - Best vegas experience ever for my birthday I wouldn't trade it for anything else. Loved every bit of it. Will do it again with a partner

Big Bus Night Tour - Enjoyed the ride and getting to see Fremont Street. Our driver was polite and well informed. Good way to see lots of Vegas in a short amount t of time.

Worth a visit - I love a Big Bus tour- this one didn’t disappoint- pre-recorded tour that was great, you saw all the sights and had an hour stop at Fremont. Queue near the wheel at the Linq gets busy early but buses are always coming along and they leave once the top deck is full. Fremont - good atmosphere - Fun and friendly. An hour was fine for us as we weren’t doing the zip line or having a meal.

Great BUS, Bad Big Mouth Driver - Ok, tour bus a 5, but driver 2! BUS: About the bus: The open air bus was clean, comfortable, not crowded for 2024 Memorial Weekend. The recorded voice over was great! Loved the pre-recorded info. Daughter is 16, I'm 53 so very well done. Very family friendly except when the driver open his mouth. BUS WITH A DUFFERENT DRIVER!!!!! 5/27: On the 730 evening Monday tour, his name was D*rnell, The driver gets a 2. He's a young guy, seems 32 or 35, very emotionally immature and not trained. I'm saddened that BIG BUS doesn't give them a strict script to avoid inappropriate behavior. He tried to be funny but the comments led towards morbid, sexual, offensive. 1st: Micheal Jackson near the Tropicana. Employees are being moved, MJ is opening a day care. Not funny. You could see several passengers move in their seat. 2nd comment about Steve Wynn. Keeping his hands to himself, etc. ALL NOT NEEDED. Said if someone Said No, it's No. 3rd: on some exhibit, he said, I didn't see it, can't afford as big bus driver. No tip here! 4th: people dying on a ride, how you would own vegas. Epic fail by big bus, he said: moment of silence for mass shooting, vegas strong. Not Mr Untrained, he tells us how the guy carres in guns, kills 60 etc. WTF. Dude, we are vacation! Shut up! And you aren't even eloquent enough to do it justice. So hush! I didn't like him from the moment we left Battista, I could see his sarcasm wasn't appropriate for any event. Every comment was NOT NEEDED! People go on vacation to get away from murder, #Me Too, R*pe, 2017 Mass shooting. Please big bus train your drivers to shut up and press the play button. If they are speaking, let it be 1000% info, not " Tea", not garbage about sex, him being banned, etc. Night tour doesn't mean be a jerk, inappropriate etc. Tipping: he was talking about tip him now and later, shout out, etc. Then he said we'll if you don't tip. We have done tons of tours, he is the worst! He needed training on cultural appreciateness. People want information not tea,unless it's silly or fun. Even if this was after dark, I couldn't imagine being on a date, wanting to be romantic and hear about child molestation joke and #METOO. I'm not a prude, as I'm from Florida, educated, grew up in the hood. It's about how people want to be treated and respect. I might laugh at MJ in private, but that's not a cool joke for a tour. Las Vegas is rich in history, I've been here over 20x and there's TONS of other topics, such as food, shows, new performers, new trends, etc. Make it informative. Also stop " dry begging for tips". If you informative, kind, and polite, I would have given a $5 or 10 but when you turn me off, then I'm on fire! If you can't afford to drive the bus, don't. If you don't like the rides, don't share potential deaths and law suits. You were a " talking train wreck". I asked your name as I left tonight. Not to tip you but to hope you can find personal growth and change. You are a good driver but as the kids say " you do too much". You aren't funny, you cone across as uneducated and unprofessional. We spent 11 days in Europe with a tout guide, 10000% professional. She didn't need jokes, she Gabe us education, history, fun facts. Not sexual tea. And even if it was good fun, hot tea, assault is NEVERRRRR FUNNY! Big Bus get it together! Poor training leads to poor results! We did a tour in Savannah 3 months bavk, tram tour. Girl was smart, gage history, no tea, we all gave $5 to $10. Zero tip! No thanks! Not rewarding poor training after $55 tickets!

Disappointed with this trip - Lovely seeing all of Las Vegas strip. In trip details it specifically states that we would get time in Freemont Street to experience the atmosphere. This did not happen we were taken to Golden Nugget to use the Rest Rooms for 10 minutes but had no time in Freemont Street we just drove by. I have requested a partial refund because we did not get what we paid for

Wouldn’t recommend - Tour guide felt it necessary to point out every marijuana dispensary in the city. We were supposed to get out on Fremont St for about an hour, which never happened.

Fremont Street is NOT family-friendly - The company reps shuffled us onto a bus & started the "nightime" lights tour before it was dark. The initial drive down the strip took place before the evening lights were even illuminated, which completely defeated the purpose of taking the tour. Also, bcuz our bus left so early we had 1.5 hrs to spend on Fremont Street, which was wayyy too long & not what we were interested in seeing. The bands were great , but it was Fri night & the cloud of marijuana smoke was super thick. The 1st "street performance" we came across involved a woman on all-fours with a dominatrix standing over her holding a whip & posing for a photo. We're not prudes, but the early-evening tour was supposed to be family friendly.... & we had our 12 & 16 yr old nieces with us. 😳

Left behind - The bus driver straight drove off without us, I had better get my money back! Then there is no number to call for help.
