Fun in the Mangroves - This Kayak tour turned out to be a lot of fun. Wasn't sure before we booked it but if you are on the fence go ahead and do it. Marcus our guide is really good . He's funny and patient. Best of all it's not over strenuous. If fact it's super easy, they tow you out to the mangroves and you paddle around from there.

Great way to spend the day! - Good time exploring the mangrove reefs and learning about the local wildlife! Tour was just the right amount of time and the kayaks were perfect fit for two!

Amazing - Amazing ! Very preserved and nice place - we spot 2 sharks, turtles and many other bird and marine species. The guide was particularly good ! He was super friendly and explain us very well the ecosystem ! 100% recommend

Fabulous time - lots of turtles - Took kayak tour with family of 4 plus grandparents. We all had a wonderful time! Tour guide was very friendly and had lots to share. We got to see a lot of fish, a lemon shark, a sting ray, and too many turtles to count. If you love sea turtles and want to see a lot of them, this is the tour for you!!

Worst ever! - Scam, do not use! Canceled on our way to meet up. Worst company I did business with down there. They are out to take your $$$

Don’t use this kayak company ! - Do not use this company for your clear kayak tour in Turks! They never called 24 to 72 hours in advance to give us a start time to the tour. Viator operator told us to use 11 AM, unfortunately that morning the company called us half an hour before they wanted to pick us up, which is 8:30 in the morning And we were still sleeping. we could never have been ready with such small lead time. Apparently, there is only one tour per day, which is at low tide, which is not stated on the Viator booking page. They hung up on us.

DONT DO IT - I should have listened to the other reviewers, they cancelled last minute , 1hr before our tour after we all had gotten up at 6am for such an early tour. I begged for a reschedule, they rescheduled for the next day and cancelled at midnight which we only saw in the morning after alarms went off at 6am again. Two 6am mornings on a 4 day holiday really sucks. If there was an option to leave 0 stars I would.

Ripoff, No communication and No Refund - Didn't get to go!! Had a 5pm 4/4 Clear Mangrove trip reserved and used GPS directions that were provided only to find that no one was there, small walkway with small beach. Called at 4pm Left msg and again 2 more times, no answer or call back. Called again next morning offering to do the tour Friday instead of a refund and still no response. Left message online via their chat function and no response there as well. No refund or contact by company has been made. Extremely disappointed, do not book with them!

Stranded and waiting!! - Our family was scheduled for the clear kayak mangrove tour. We received an email with confirmation prior. That morning, we left our hotel and paid $160 in driver fees to drop us at the location they gave us in the email. When we arrived, no one was there. We called several times and no one answered. When we finally did get someone to pick up the phone and we were stranded at a dock waiting, we were told that they wouldn't be out to meet us until 3 pm (it was 8 am at that time and that was also confirmed in the email sent prior). They said it was because of the tide which became a humorous situation for all of us. We were with other people at the docks who were kayaking with other tours and they said it was just an excuse. They did credit our money back for the tour itself but we were out $300 in transportation fees to meet them. This is extremely unprofessional and I would highly recommend using a different tour company.

No go - We booked a tour 1.5 months ahead of time and got cancelled less than 24 hours before due to "unforeseen circumstances". We got a refund but we also saw lots of kayaks out so feel like we got canceled for others who would pay more. yeah thank God cause hers are way more expensive prescription. I think your pool is big jump across yours is there a pole structure? I'm gonna drop an acre in there just for some structure in there next. Wow that's special. What the heck
