De Tulperij - Daan and Anja Jansze grow tulip and narcissus bulbs and have set up “De Tulperij” within the flower bulb company.
In the spring, De Tulperij receives groups of tourists who admire all those beautiful spring flowers on land.
Inside the flower greenhouse it is nostalgic, light and attractively decorated. Here we can drink coffee and tea and enjoy all the beautiful flowers around you. - Keukenhof Castle - Keukenhof Castle can of course not be missed. We park the bike for a moment to see this castle garden full of glory. The Keukenhof castle stands on the edge of the beautiful Keukenhof forest. This forest was the “kitchen garden” for Teylingen Castle in the 15th century. The Keukenhof Castle is in a beautiful green area. Next to the Castle you will find the LAM museum, which exhibits modern art.
- Lisse - The tulip and flower fields of Lisse are surely the largest and most beautiful sights in Lisse. During the cycle route, the guide ensures that the flower fields can be seen in their full glory. A different field is in bloom every week. Of course the guide knows which field this is and she will ensure that you will not miss this splendor of flowers.

Keukenhof - Every spring more than 7 million flower bulbs are in bloom with 800 different varieties of tulips. A unique and unforgettable experience. In addition to the more than 32 hectares of flowers, you can enjoy spectacular flower shows, surprising inspiration gardens, unique artworks and great events!

Enjoy a 2.5-hour bike ride through the vast, stunning flower fields with our local guide who is rich in knowledge about Keukenhof and other noteworthy locations in Lisse. This is the only guided tour in Lisse offering the expertise of a local guide, guaranteeing you won’t miss any tradmark blooming landscapes. The tour operates in either the morning or afternoon hours, with an additional session in the late afternoon during peak season to facilitate combining your bike tour with a visit to Keukenhof or any other popular spot in the bulb region. Additionally, the tour is conducted by 2 guides to enable you to ask questions and comfortably appreciate the expansive flower fields around Keukenhof.
IMPORTANT: Child seats are LIMITED and available upon REQUEST. For child seats (1 to 6 years, €15 cash on-site), please book by emailing [email protected].

- You must be able to ride a bicycle. If you cannot cycle, you cannot participate in the tour. No refund will be made.
- Unfortunately, children aged 6 to 12 cannot ride along. No children’s bicycles available.

From Amsterdam CS take the train to Schiphol and then bus 361. Get off at stop 'MEER EN DUIN'
Keukenhof bus stops at Keukenhof. Please note that it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the meeting point.

A different way to view the tulips! - After an incredible day of tulip viewing at Keukenhof gardens in Lisse, Netherlands, I wasn't so sure I made the best decision to book a bike tour, but I was wrong. The tour was wonderful. The guides were fantastic, the bikes were good quality and the scenery was spectacular. Our guide was born and raised in Lisse and was able to tell us all about tulip gardening and show us the best of the best tulip fields! Highly recommend. The only problem we had was difficulty finding the meeting spot. Also, anticipate the entire experience to be crowded. I mean, the whole world wants to see the tulips, and they only bloom for a couple weeks, so expect crowds, traffic and delays. But, it is absolutely worth it!

Hyacinth Heaven! - We loved our tour among the tulip and hyacinth fields in Lisse. Due to a very cold, rainy day, we opted for the Range Rover tour rather than cycling. Joost was a fantastic guide. His knowledge of the area and the tulip industry was remarkable. Thank you for a very memorable day!

Amazing Tour!! - We had such a great tour with this group and would recommend to anyone visiting! So much more fun than just touring the flower fields :) This was an interactive and our tour guide could not have been more knowledge or kinder!! A Wonderful Excursion - Our guided bike tour was a fun adventure and our guides, Nynke and Sandra, were lovely and engaging. I wasn’t sure that my young adult sons would appreciate visiting Keukenhof, and this proved to be a great alternative. The owner, Ingrid, was very accommodating about switching our tour date as one of our group wasn’t feeling well on our originally scheduled date.
The bike ride was peaceful and we saw (and smelled!) so many beautiful flowers, in addition to learning about the town. The bikes are in great condition and made for easy riding, even for someone like myself who hasn’t ridden a bike in many years! I would absolutely recommend this tour.

Bike tour of the Tulips fields - The guides were super friendly, informative about the tulips and other flowers, and funny. Our teen daughters loved the experience and the little toddler loved the little seat on the bike. We would do it again. Highly recommend!!

Best way to see the tulips! - Irene was so responsive and accommodating when we were trying to book on a very busy day in Lisse! She was so kind and made sure we could join a bike tour. When we arrived Irene was awesome and got us all set up. Our guides, Yvonne and Julia, where also incredible and did a wonderful job with our large group. The bikes were in great shape and we stopped at a few places to see the tulips and hyacinth. They were knowledgable and fun to be with. We loved seeing the town of Lisse and were a short walk to the town afterwards. Highly recommend this tour and company!
