Titlis, a peak in the Uri Alps, straddles the border between the Obwalden and Bern cantons. Rising to a height of 3,238 metres (10,623 ft) above sea level, it is the tallest point in the region north of the Susten Pass, situated between Central Switzerland and the Bernese Oberland.
The final segment of the cable car journey takes passengers above the glacier. Upon reaching Klein Titlis, travelers have the opportunity to explore a lit-up glacier cave, accessible from the cable car station. The station also houses shops and dining establishments. Visitors can walk across the Titlis Cliff Walk, Europe’s highest suspension bridge, offering panoramic Alpine vistas.
