Great all-day tour with amazing tour guides - We had a very pleasant trip with Irfan as our guide! We had a whole day arranged with fun moments and experiences - Irfan was very punctual with our morning pickup at 6 AM and we got to see Sigiriya, Dambulla and Polannaruwa with plenty of time at each location with opportunity to buy breakfast in the morning and snacks between places as well. We were lucky to encounter many animals during our trip from place to place as well. This was simply an unforgettable experience - and we would book with Aliyah Tours and Irfan as our guide again!

Excellent Irfan - Our driver Irfan was excellent, on time and very helpful. He stopped by various times to show us different places and various animals. We even spotted jungle elephants and Irfan stopped so that we could take some pictures.

Tour - The tour was great, we got to visit all 3 sites. Unfortunately there was no time for breakfast or lunch scheduled but our driver was able to change the trip per our needs. Too bad there was no guide to explain and tell more about the sites. Nevertheless highly recommend the trip, was worth it :)

Must do! - Great communication with the operator and had Irfan with me as a driver. He was so nice and informative. A great driver, abides by safety, keeps a client entertained and always brings surprises to the trip. The 3 sites are a great idea to see together, but when you're leaving from Kandy it could get tiring.

A great trip to Sigiriya, Dambulla and Polonawara - We booked the trip to Sigiriya, Dambulla and Polannaruwa and our driver was Mr Silmy, who was so lovely and helpful. He took us for a coffee and breakfast first as we had such an early start, going out of his way to find us a vegan option. We went to Dambulla first, which was incredible (a series of cave temples) then we moved on to Sigiriya. It was incredibly hot, we arrived there shortly before 11 and were very proud of ourselves managing the climb in the heat!! One of our party didn’t fancy the climb in the heat and enjoyed the museum and a cooler sit under the tree. We then moved on to Polannawura by which time it was meltingly hot- we didn’t want a guide as we didn’t want to be tied to walking around for hours in the heat. Mr Silmy really looked after us, taking us from site to site and pointing out points of interest. Mr Silmy also stopped at a gorgeous restaurant in Sigiriya for our lunch (we had a wonderful Sri Lankan vegetable curry) and stopped on the way and way back at beauty points, interesting temples and lakes and even paused to buy us a coconut drink on the way home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the trip and and Mr Silmy as a driver. The agency regularly checked in regularly also to make sure everything was ok. A fabulous day!

We had a great tour with... - We had a great tour with Shiram. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw everything and even bought us snacks and drinks during the day. He even offered to stop at local restaurants if we were hungry/ needed some rest. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. We felt comfortable all day and really made the tour, it wouldn’t have been the same without him. The tour itself was a long day out and the price does not cover entry fees so is more expensive that the price states, but is worthwhile

Amazing Day Trip from Kandy to Polannaruwa, Sigiriya, and Dambulla - Had an absolute amazing day trip toPolannaruwa, Sigiriya, and Dambulla. Our tour guide Irfan was very knowledgable on all sites and had even a few secret suprises organised along the trip for us such as visiting a traditional Ayurveda herb and spice farm, viewing Sri Lankan fauna, and also stopping for a traditional Sri Lankan meal. We absolutely recommend this day trip from Kandy.

Book this trip! - We had a fantastic day visiting the 3 world Heritage sites. Our driver/guide was super friendly and helpful and suggested some extra stops along the way which were well worth it. The car was modern and clean with great AC! The sunset at Dambulla was a highlight. Thank you. Mickey & Rupert

Long but fantastic day - Seeing the three sites was a lot to pack in to one day, but it was one of our favorite days so far in Sri Lanka (we have been here three weeks). The climb up to Sigiriya was exhausting, but 100% worth it. Our driver, Shamin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He stopped at several little spots along the road for nice viewpoints or when he spotted wildlife as well as to pick up several delicious snacks. Shamin also explained some things to us about the cave temple - we learned some new things about Buddhism and were more able to appreciate/understand the figures with his explanations. Keep in mind the entrance fees are separate and will have to be paid at each site ($36 each at Sigiriya, $30 each at Polonnaruwa, and 2000 LKR each at Dambulla) plus extra if you want an official tour guide at the first two sites.
