One of the best and funniest ways to experience the island - We love doing a wine tour when traveling as it is a great way to see and hear about local sites, people and culture. We visited 3 wineries on Santorini. Our guide was a Wset 4 sommelier from northern Greece - shout out to Savvas. We had a great time.

Perfect Afternoon in Santorini - Our private wine tour was the perfect introduction to Santorini. We got to see three very different wineries - from a traditional winery built in the 1950's to a brand new facility. Each of our stops was equally beautiful, and the wines were very interesting. Our sommelier was friendly and passionate. We learned alot and enjoyed the entire experience - from start to finish. Our driver was also great. (sometimes the roads are a bit tight and winding, and he navigated them with ease. we were never scared).

Amazing Wine Tour in Santorini!! - My wife and I received a private tour of three wineries with our excellent guide Stavros. We were picked up in Oia in a luxury car and learned about the local culture and art of wine making while enjoying the ride to each location. Stavros was fun, friendly, and personable and provided a top notch tour. He showed us how the vines grow on the island and even took us up for an amazing view from the top of Profitis Ilias. The wineries were great and we enjoyed the various blends and flavors at each location (each had its own unique atmosphere and offerings). We even picked up a couple bottles to host a tasting for our family at home. After our great experience, we highly recommend!!

an amazing overview of Santorini - We were lead through major sites of the island and enjoyed a wine tasting and overview to the history of wine making in Santorini, the day concluded with a wonderful meal at a local restaurant. It was an amazing day and a great way to get an introduction to the island on the first day of our trip! Our expert guide, Stevros, left nothing out and was delightful. I highly recommend them!!

Indulgent and entertaining - What a great tour - George our Sommelier and guide was informative and entertaining. Down to earth with his reviews, likes and dislikes - not pretentious about the wine. We tried a good range of similar traditional Santorini wine but from vineyards with distinct approaches. The last, Vassaltis, was a relatively new winery with a refreshing approach. We sat on the terrace watching the sun setting behind the vines and matching their selection of 5 primary wines paired with small servings of food to contrast he flavors (pictured) A classy tour made all the better by George’s honest commentary.

great wine experience - We did this wine tour with 3 other couples. Dimitrius our guide was speaking a perfect english and with him we visited 3 vineyards, 2 in the south of the island and one east of the Island by a black sand beach. Not all the wines were great but the experience is interesting because you learn a lot about the geography and the history of Santorini. Overall it is very intersting and worth the trip.

Those are grapevines?? - Costas led a wonderful tour of three Santorini wineries that included fascinating detail about the way the indigenous grapes are grown on this windy, dry island. Each winery gave us a tasting of four wines, and Costas suggested food pairings for each wine while explaining how the wines are developed and aged. Our small group included two honeymooning couples and another couple our age. Great fun. Highly recommended.

Nice adventure with Costas and team - I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with Costas and his teammate. Very informative about the history of Santorini wine making and an actual full tour of the vineyard to the wine making equipment to the cellar where the wine is aged in the barrels. Costas is definitely passionate about the wines of Santorini. The wineries and food pairings were spot on. Everything was perfect. We met a great group of people on the tour and had some great laughs. I highly recommend.

Santorini Wine Tour - We had the pleasure of the Managing Director of Santorini Wine Tour (Mr Vaios Panagiotoulas) provide our group a thorough understanding of the unique wine and vineyard cultivation, history of the making process as well as some of the history of Santorini. His wine tours is an excellent way of seeing the island and tasting the magnificent selection of wines. I am from Australia and have been on some wine tours in Australia and can claim that the Santorini Wine Tour is on the top of my list!

Great experience and good wine tasting! - One thing we were excited about is learning about Grecian wine. This tour was very informational and our tour guide was very knowledgeable about Santorini wine. They had very clean vehicles and the places we visited were very clean and nice. Wine was good and they were not shy about giving you multiple tastes of each one. We did the half day 3 winery’s and it was around 15 tastings total. Desert wine was surprisingly good as well.
