Best "post-cruise" trip experience - We loved our driver, Firat. Very knowledgeable and personable, and had great spots for us to visit. Would recommend after any cruise to spend a few hours and see Miami before being dropped off at the airport!

After Cruise Tour of Miami - There were 12 of us who had a later flight after our cruise and we thought that a tour of Miami would be a better way to spend our time then wait at the airport for our . Our tour guide called us prior to disembarking to confirm that he would be there when we got off the ship and told us where he would pick us up. Firat was our driver and tour guide and he was very, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He explained the history of the areas we visited and he suggested a nice Cuban restaurant to have lunch in rhe Little Havana neighborhood. All of us were very happy with Firar and the service he provided.

Highly recommended - A personal trip catered for excellently by our chauffeur Firout, he took us everwhere we wanted to go and more, knowledgeable, personable and prepared to wait whilst we exploredon foot. This trip was made at the end of our cruise, we were picked up at the cruise terminal, and dropped at the airport for our flight home, trendous service, fantastic tour.

Well informed - We had 8 hours to kill between disembarking the cruise ship and flying out of Miami International airport. This tour was perfect as the tour guide was well informed and took us to some good eating and places of interest. It left us wanting to come back to Miami to experience more of what the city has to offer. The ride was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this service.

Disappointed - Driver was not at the appointed pick up place at appointed time. After contacting the main office driver arrived in agitated state and after initially putting luggage in trunk decided he no longer would do tour threw luggage luggage on pavement and drove off.
