celeb homes boat tour!! Loved it!!! - The overall boat tour was alot of fun! Enjoyed the details given by the tour guide and his wonderful upbeat personality. I enjoyed a drink and the music!!! Worth doing it and very affordable!

Great experience for my... - Great experience for my first time being in Miami Florida for the weekend on my 36th Birthday Day on tomorrow.

Worth it. - Veronica was great. She made the experience fun. Very personable, upbeat connected with the audience. Music 🎶 was excellent.

Good - Why was the check-in line in front of the Hard-Rock and the Boat at the other end of the dock? The two (2) young ladies at the check-in line, especially the one that was giving the check-in blue sticker, had no clue what’s going on. They couldn’t even tell you which boat we were going to take. They kept pointing and said to the red boat. As a result, 90% of the people went into a red taxi boat which belong to another company while the actual boat was all the way down to the other end of the dock. I knew it could not be the red Water Taxi so I spoke up and went back to advise the ladies this cannot be the boat. In the end, everyone embark and got into the right boat and the cruise was good. Other than the two (2) ladies who did not provide clear directions, the overall boat ride was good, especially the tour guide. He was fun and energetic.

Cheap - but not a bargain. - Booked tour for 11 am. Told to arrive 45 mins ahead for “check-in,” which consisted of an indifferent person staring at her phone and glancing up only after prodding. We were then told, without explanation, that the next boat wouldn’t leave until 11:30. (Appeared to us there weren’t enough passengers to leave at 11, but still …). We queued up next to a decent-looking vessel that resembled the photo when we booked, and assumed it was ours. Nope - we were sent down a gangway to what looked like a decommissioned Pirates of the Caribbean ride plucked from a salvage yard. The “guide” read from a cheesy script, lapsing between English and Spanish and mumbling most everything except the names of celebrities who (allegedly) owned the mansions and yachts that we passed. He sounded like a B-movie game show host. Boat “crew” ignored clueless passengers standing directly in front of us endlessly snapping pictures of themselves while the rest of us respectfully sat, as requested, in our seats. One star for the opportunity to spend 90 minutes gliding around a gentle Bay. Everything else was a joke. Inexpensive, but grossly misrepresented.

Terrible Cruise - This is a terrible boat cruise! They oversold our trip and there were more than twice as many people on board than should have been. We arrived at 10:30 am for an 11:00 am cruise. We were told that the cruise time is intentionally early on the ticket to decrease the chance of customers being late. We boarded the boat at 11:15 and immediately went to the open air second level. On the stairs as we were ascending, there were two signs. One said “38 life vests on board” and the other said “55 passengers on 2nd level”. By the time we were departing the port there were at least 100 passengers on the second level and my view for almost the entire 90 minute cruise was backs and bottoms of other customers. The narrator on the cruise was fine but she started asking for tips about 10 minutes before we docked. She said that tips are 80% of her salary and she was encouraging customers to give her as much as possible. I am so tired of people instructing customers to give tips because employers are not paying them enough! We paid $53 for two tickets on this cruise and it was completely not worth the money!

Disappointing - The boat ride was cancelled for the scheduled time meaning we were unable to go on the trip. Time and money was wasted travelling to the departure point, in addition to the hassle to pursuing a refund (which is as yet unpaid).
