‘Kappa’ signifies bamboo. Historically, bamboo served the purpose of heating tea during agriculture, or it was used at home to warm sake for consumption. ‘Kappa Chicken Dishes’, that can be savored in regions abundant in bamboo, are a recommended culinary delight. You will prepare ‘Kappu cuisine’, a meal packed with chicken and fresh veggies, nestled in verdant bamboo, and cooked alongside the natives.
