Wonderful experience - Aoub was a great driver and we felt very safe in his company, he answered the many questions we had happily. On the way to the mountains we stopped at a pot making place and an argon oil cooperative, these places are obviously aimed at us as tourists and if you are not interested it’s ok not to purchase. The walking in the mountains was amazing, our guide was great and looked after us well. We saw the waterfalls and the views were wonderful. Make sure you are fit and able to climb and have sensible footwear on. On the way up there were stalls to buy things from and places to purchase drinks. We had a mint tea at the top by the waterfalls and it was delicious. Added bonus we saw monkeys on our way up! We went on to have food in a Burba household, the food was a tagine with bread, they accommodated one of us being vegetarian. We enjoyed the food and it was followed by biscuits and mint tea. There is not a lot of signposting of what is happening next during this trip you just need to trust and go along with it. Would recommend the trip.

Lovely Trip to the Mountains - Really lovely tour with Abdul as our driver. Nice pottery stop, then a berber house and then a guide up to the waterfalls in the foothills of the mountains. Very nice lunch and then back - seven hours, well worth the trip!

Once in a lifetime experience! - We had the most wonderful private tour with the fabulous Abdul, who went to great lengths to ensure we made the most of our day trip. Our experience was so memorable - from our short hike up the waterfalls, to our visit to the woman's co-operative, to my own particular highlight...the camel ride! Abdul was courteous and friendly, knowledgeable and patient, and at every turn we felt as though we were in safe and capable hands. Highly, highly recommended!

Recommended - A fantastic trip - a must for any visitor to Marakech! Driver was on time, pleasant & informative all day. Visited a pottery - had a go at making a pot; a Bergen house - greeted with a friendly song, an Argan oil demonstration; a sales pitch (but not pushy) and a panoramic view over the mountains. From there, we drove higher & met our guide to take us up the mountain. This was amazing and well worth the climb because although the waterfall is mediocre, passing through Berger villages, markets & beautiful rest stops are amazing. HOWEVER… please note that my husband & I are fit & healthy and it isn’t an easy climb! Sturdy footwear is a must but also note that this activity is not suitable for anyone with knee pain, foot or back problems etc I don’t think this is clear enough in the listing. After the climb we stopped at a Berger home for lunch. The food was delicious but it felt a little weird to just be left in a room for an unknown time (it turned out to be an hour while the guide says he had a siesta!) On the way back we stopped for a camel ride where we were dressed in Berger clothing, the ride was fun. All in all, a highly recommend trip.

Trip to Atlas Mountains - Abdul was friendly and helpful, he drove us to the Atlas mountains and answered our questions along the way. We enjoyed the walk to the waterfall and the Berber lunch. The visit to the pottery shop and argan oil collective was less interesting.

Atlas mountain day trip - Abdelghani drove us to the mountains. He gave us a lot of information about how Berbers live their lives. It was a very pleasant and interesting drive. The trip was worth the money. Of course, you have to visit commercial shops and places where tourists can spend their money. But the trip to the waterfalls was wonderful. We were happy to see another beautiful site in Marocco!

Good trip to atlas mountains - We had a good trip into the atlas mountains. Viewed a few waterfalls and had a lunch at a local berber family at home which was delicious. Downside is as always visiting factories but in fac5 are sales activities. But overall we had a nice day and a safe driver.

Ourika valley day trip - This trip is perfect for you if you have young children in your household. However, if you want to view more than simply a valley, you should look at alternative options. I believe that the souk is the best place to buy gifts and souvenirs, so I wouldn't suggest shopping at any of the cooperatives you might pass on the way to your trip.

a half day tour - just to see the mountains would be enough - iIt was interesting to see the mountains and the waterfall (although small), but the lunch in the berber family rather saddened me because I saw that these people live like in past centuries. I think Berber culture (alphabet, crafts, history) can be represented much better than showing the misery in which people live. The experience with the camels was terrible - considering the condition of the camels themselves and the fact that the place was some sort of construction waste dump. Even commercial stops could be better selected.
