Wonderful experience in Pare Mountains - When my bother and I came back from our 4 days Safari we realized that we had made mistake in our flight schedule and had an extra 2 days in Moshi, we asked around our hotel and were connected to Kilimanjaro Economy Safaris who organize trips on short notice. My brother and I decided to take the Mount Pare 1 day trip as it was reasonably priced and seemed like a fun activity to do. The next morning guide Victor picked us from the hotel in Moshi and drove us to the base of the rocky mountains extending as far as our eyes could see up the winding roads to a point of high elevation. We could see the views of the villages and highway below. We spent most of the morning hiking and taking pics the had our packed lunch. I was really amazed by the variety of attractions that are found in Tanzania. This is an ideal place for a private excursion as it is away from the crowds. We had a fun filled day with wonderful Victor.
