Additional Information

If you want to see some sensational scenery this is the day for you. Mountains, valleys, escarpments, geometric rock formations, waterfalls, ferns, rainforest and botanical gardens are all on the itinerary.

The day includes two bushwalks - one to a majestic lookout and the other through rainforest. Neither are long but if you would prefer not to bushwalk we have some very enticing alternatives.

At Mt Wilson we admire the Cathedral of Ferns and have a short look at the quirky Museum of Turkish Baths. At Du Faur Lookout we will see some extraordinary sandstone formations.

Two very different gardens are included, the Mt Tomah Botanical Gardens and Windyridge Gardens. Both are high quality.

The panorama of Govetts Leap lookout, Evans Lookout and Echo Point are mandatory when we head South of the Grose River. By the end of the day you will be saying that your eyes are exhausted from beautiful scenery. At this point we head home.

Lovely trip to Blue Mountains! - We highly recommend any of Greg’s tours; he went above and beyond to make our tour an enjoyable one. The tour was extremely flexible, and Greg let us spend at much time as we wanted at each site, without rushing us. He also gave us space but was always there to help or to give information whenever needed. He also helped us to take spectacular and high quality group pictures with his camera. For lunch, Greg made us sandwiches and had delicious salads, as well as cold drinks for refreshments. He also gifted us tshirts designed by himself and his family which was such a thoughtful gift! You will definitely be in safe hands with Greg— we were so glad and grateful to have had taken his tour to the Blue Mountains.
