When visitors reserve a tour of the Luna Rum Distillery, they have the opportunity to see a bustling distillery specializing in crafting Bahamian rum and rum cake. A brief overview of our establishment’s history, the evolution of rum, and the intricate processes of fermentation, distillation, and aging is part of the tour. Our guests will get a peek into our flavoring lab, bottling area, storage facility, and sugarcane garden, all under the guidance of our skilled head distiller. We also provide tastings of our rum cake and three different rum varieties. The tour concludes in our souvenir store, where attendees can buy our complete range of rum products and rum-infused items including coffee, tea, preserves, and spices.
- There is a 15 minutes grace period for your tour session. If you miss the grace period you will have to book a new tour.

You will pass the Lakeview Memorial Gardens on your left.
Take the second right onto Munnings Road where you will see a yellow building and a tower of rum barrels.

Amazing Tour! - Amazing private tour! Everything was fabulous, informative and interesting! Well worth the price and highly recommend! Fascinating that it’s the only distillery in Nassau. Worth visiting!

Authentic Bahamian rum! Great time! - Awesome learning that Luna Rum is the only true Bahamian rum made in Nassau. Livingston made time for just two of us to do the tour, so we had ample opportunity to learn everything about the distillery. Being a rum connoisseur, I can tell you he knows his stuff! Highly recommend for those wanting to try an engaging tour, taste good quality rum, and learn about an authentic Bahamian brand.

Awesome Tour at Luna - This tour was amazing! Our tour guide Livingston was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to anyone who loves the process of making rum and having a great experience.

Come for the rum, leave with a wonderful experience - $25 gets you a lot on this tour! Livingston is the head distiller and tour guide and you can feel his passion. He loves his craft and is extremely knowledgeable. The tour is all indoors, but it gets hot in the distilling/barrel room gets hot. It was wonderful to learn more about the only Bahamian rum distillery on the island. Plus the rums taste fantastic! You get three hefty pours of whatever you want to sample. I’d recommend the banana. They also sell Tortuga rum cakes, made with their rum. It’s definitely worth the drive outside of downtown Nassau for a tour and a taste.

Wonderful Tour - Had an excellent time! My fiancé and I enjoyed learning about the history of the distillery and learning how it worked. We had plenty of samples and bought plenty of rum to take home! Super friendly and informative!

Best experience ever - Livingston is AMAZING… went above & beyond. Definitely recommend this tour compared to the more commercialized options. Made it very personable and so sweet plus the Luna banana rum is out of this world

Absolutely BRILLIANT - Off the beaten path of normal tourist destinations, but 100% worth the visit. Fantastic staff offer an informative and casual tour of the only working distillery in all the Bahamas. Great rums (which you get to taste) and an incredibly reasonably priced gift shop!

Huge disappointment - Visit of the distillery (or rather the storage place) without any interest. We were thinking of buying local rum but no advice, no tasting and exorbitant prices. When we ask a question, we are just shown the poster that lists the products. We miss the distillery visits in Martinique and Guadeloupe!!!
