Highlights
- New Delhi - Your tour will start with a pick-up from your preferred location in Delhi between 5 AM to 7 AM. (Depending on the train you choose). Pick-Up will be done from any hotel in Delhi NCR or airport in Delhi.
- Nizamuddin Railway Station - After pick-up from your hotel in Delhi, our driver will drop you at the Nizamuddin Railway Station and help you find your train coach and make sure you would get seated comfortably. Your train will depart from Delhi. Enjoy Breakfast on board the train.
- Taj Mahal - The train arrives at Agra Railway Station, your guide will meet you outside your train coach holding your name on the sign board. From here you will proceed to visit the Taj Mahal, a monument symbol of Love made by Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. The rest of the history will be explained by your tour guide. Spend around 3 hours in the monument.
- Agra Fort - After visiting the Taj Mahal, you will proceed to visit Agra Fort, which is a red stone massive structure built by Great Mughal Emperor “Akbar”. This is one of the UNESCO heritage site in Agra built in 16th century with many palaces inside like Jahangiri Mahal, Diwan e Aam, Pearl Mosque and many others with the view of Taj Mahal. Spend around 1 hour at this monument.
- Courtyard by Marriott Agra - Next after visiting Agra Fort, you will proceed for a lunch break. You will enjoy the lunch at 5 Star Hotel in Agra.
- Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah - After the Lunch break, you will continue your Agra sightseeing. You will Itimad-Ud-Daulah. Often described as a “jewel box”, sometimes called the “Baby Taj”, the tomb of I’timÄd-ud-Daulah is often regarded as a draft of the Taj Mahal.
- Mehtab Bagh - After visiting Baby Taj, you will visit Mehtab Bagh also known as the Sunset Point. Explore the rear view of the Taj Mahal from across the river Yamuna. This place is perfect for photographers, who love taking pictures. Please note: this is an optional building if you have time.
- Nizamuddin Railway Station - At the end of the tour, we will drop you back at Agra Railway Station. Your guide will help you to find your seat on the train and make sure get seated properly. Your train will depart from Agra Railway Station. Enjoy Supper onboard. The train will arrive back at Delhi Station around 07:30 PM and your driver will be waiting for you outside your train coach.
- New Delhi - Arrive in Delhi and the diver will wait for you at the platform outside your train coach. He will then drop you back at your hotel/airport in Delhi NCR.

Embark on an expedition to the Taj Mahal starting from Delhi via a high-speed train, with a variety of train selections available, enabling you to cut down on travel time. You have the option of exploring just the Taj Mahal, or you could amplify your adventure by adding extra locations in Agra such as the Agra Fort, Baby Taj, and Mehtab Bagh. Savour breakfast and dinner provided onboard the train. Furthermore, we facilitate transport from your accommodation to the station along with a personal guide for your journey.
- As the return train at 11:30 AM doesn’t run on Saturday, only the Taj Mahal Tour option is not available.

Taj, Agra, and Baby Taj - This tour was well organized with handoff’s between drivers, train, and tour guide being seamless. Ajay (driver) and Arif (guide) were a great combo. Arif was knowledgeable but also adjusted the pace of the tour based on my interests. The Taj did not disappoint, more beautiful than I imagined but the true hidden gem was the Baby Taj. even more intricate marble cuts than the Taj and less crowded. It was great to just sit almost alone and soak in the artistry and historical culture.

A fabulous guided tour by Arif Hussain with a very friendly, efficient company. - From the pick up from my hotel at 7.00am this morning, the whole day has been excellent. My first driver, Vikram, was waiting for me outside the hotel before 7 and transported me to the railway station. He ensured I got my seat on the train in the right compartment. An Air conditioned train, left exactly on time and refreshments were served. I was met in Agra station by my guide, Arif Hosssain and driver, Ajay, who looked after me for the rest of the day. Arif was so knowledgeable about all of the sites we visited and obviously, The Jewel In The Crown, was The Taj Mahal - just superb. There can’t be many people on the planet who have not seen a picture of The Taj Mahal, but to see it close up is stunning. I am so glad that I completed this trip before leaving for home tomorrow.
Thank you India - you are the most amazing people and I hope so many more tourists take advantage of the beautiful guided tour.

Stunning - It was an unbelieveble experience, Arif is the best guide tour with a lot of knowledge about the Taj Mahal, stunning place, felt so privilege to were able to lived this with a great tour guide who made my experience an incredible one as India!

10/10 Tour - Must Do! - The whole experience on this tour was absolutely amazing. 10/10 service, 10/10 organisation with absolutely no issues or dramas.
Huge shoutout to my tour guide, Ankur Sharma, I strongly recommend anyone who is doing this tour to recommend having your guide as him. He has been doing this for nearly 10 years and has built relationships with everyone which made my experience so smooth.
Also special shoutout also to my Agra Driver, Dharmendra who was always punctual, switched on and was always at the spot we needed to be picked up from.
Overall, I am so glad I chose to book this tour rather than trying to see the Taj Mahal myself. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

Brilliant trip - This trip was brilliant. From the moment I was collected from the hotel in the morning, it was clear that I was in very safe hands. Salim, my main guide, was absolutely brilliant, so knowledgeable and patient and knew everything there was to know about the Taj Mahal.
Overall, I would highly recommend this trip and company. Great value for money, really good communication throughout, and made me feel very safe as a solo female traveller. Thank you!

Taj Mahal one day trip - A very informative tour with a great guide. Skipping the queues is a fantastic idea in the heat which can be oppressive at certain times of the year.
My guide was Ajay and I would highly recommend him, his English is perfect.

Wonderful day trip to Taj Mahal and Agra - What an amazing day, everything was so well organised. Nasir was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Monuments in Agra, including the beautiful Taj Mahal.
Definitely worth taking the train down from Delhi. Thoroughly recommended!!

Takes away the stress of sorting ot all yourselves - We were pleased with the day , drivers turned up on time and were very helpful in getting on the right train etc.
Our guide was very knowledgable and respected his surroundings.
We were meant to go for lunch in a 5 star hotel but we were asked to go to a local place (which was nice but looked like every tourist in Agra had been taken there).
We got to see lots in our day tour and overall had a pleasant time, with the exception of visiting the ‘marble factory’ - where we were subjected to watching a demonstration of making marble products the the curtain would rise (the child in the back pulling the chord) and as if by magic a tonne of marble products were sat on the many shelves (all hand made in this little factory, obviously). We were a bit miffed with both our guide and with the tour operator for including this in something that we’d paid a lot of money for.
We didn’t make a fuss about it but did tell our driver it’s not for us he seemed miffed that he missed out on some
Commission but I’m not buying factory produced tat at heavily inflated prices.
The train is a great experience btw, definite go first class with air con and large, reclining seats.
