Natural storyteller made our night - Nat took us on an amazing night tour of Newcastle’s crime scenes. She declared herself a history nerd and really came up with the goods- not only did she have facts but she’s a natural storyteller. As we moved about the streets she displayed an awareness of not only our group’s safety, but also of the residents and their comfort. I’m thrilled with a night well spent, and I’m already considering your other offers. Thanks for a great evening Nat :)

Excellent - Mel, our guide, knew all the stories and brought them to life with a great style of telling. The walk itself is fairly leisurely and we were lucky enough to have perfect weather with a sky full of stars and a nice breeze. Altogether a great 90 minutes. Loved it.

Passionate and professional tour guide - This was a Christmas gift from my sister and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of stories there were in this tour. I am a novocastrian and have always lived in Newy and didn’t know a single story. The tour guide Violet was very passionate and really knew her stuff. She was very professional and checked in with us during the tour guide. I really appreciated the content warnings when we got to a story that was about SA. I’d recommend this tour for visitors to Newy as well as fellow novocastrians

An Entertaining Guided Tour - 1. The story at Parnell Place of the shelling by the Japanese during WW2, taught me more of the impact of Japanese attacks on Australia, beyond the submarine in Sydney Harbour and the bombing of Darwin. This was an eye opener. 2. A great presentation by our Guide Julia - well researched, detailed and entertaining. Thanks.

Refund Received - thank you. - We didn't have the opportunity to partake due to illness with our allocated guide ( we hope that the guide is feeling better). Due to not living in the area, another date didn't suit, but we did receive a full and prompt refund through the 3rd party booking agency used by the tour operator.
