Hanoi-Ninh Bình-Sapa - Custom Asia travel review We are from California and we only had nine days to explore Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Sapa, Hue & Danang including transportation. I am an ambitious traveler who wants see picturesque places and experience the local foods. There’s no way that we could do it ourselves without the help of Custom Asia Travel. Molly was the nicest travel agent I have ever had. We started communicating three months before the trip. I just sent her our flight information and told her which hotels we wanted to stay and places we wanted to visits. Quickly she formulated a detailed tour itinerary customized to our taste. The tour included private car transportation, five star hotels, breakfast and lunch, English speaking tour guide, and airport pick-up/ drop-off. Surprisingly, the cost was not expensive at all. Our tour guide is Callum (Cương) who can communicate fluently in both Vietnamese and English. He went extra miles to make sure we really had a good time. Our flight from Hanoi to Hue was two hours delayed, Custom Asia Travel made an arrangement with the tour guide and the driver to give us a food tour in Hanoi without an extra cost! During the trip, Molly made herself available 24/7 by phone for customer support. We travel the world but this trip was one of the most memorable journeys! I wish Custom Asia Travel soon expands their service to everywhere in Vietnam and Asia. Their outstanding customer service certainly made our trip safe, smooth and unforgettable! I highly recommend this travel agency to everyone, anyone who want to travel to Vietnam.

Amazing trip - The tour was perfectly organised, we had enough time to enjoy all the attractions and our guide explained us many many things on Vietnamese people and all the sites we visited with him during the day trip. Thank you so much for this amazing trip!

Great travel and responsive service from Custom Vietnam Travel - I was recommended to join this tour by a local friend. Rosie was in charge of liaising with me for arrangement and payment and did a great job responding to my queries. The tour guide Key was very funny and cute, he entertained us a lot during the tour. We visited Bai Dinh pagoda, Trang An ecotourism boat ride + King Kong Skull Island + Mua Cave and although it was rainy, still enjoyable. There was a lunch buffet provided, which was passable. Met other tour participants from other countries who were very friendly too. Overall an enjoyable tour and good service from the agency and tour guide.

Trang An Boat Ride and Hoa Lu Temples at Ninh Binh - It was great experience to take sampan ride through 500metres caves, beautiful mountain, river, even witness newly married wedding couple photo shoot. It was recommend by Custom Travel booking executive Rosie when I request for 5Days 4 Nights Saigon and Hanoi trip.

Best day trip and so easy to deal with. - From day one of looking at all tour guides I liked Custom Travels and dealing with Susan in Hanoi was so good. They set up individual paying for each person to use credit card online and it was so simple. Then we got to choose how our day would proceed, with the tour guide Tim Tam that her name She advised us to do the day backwards to avoid the big tour groups on the river. Which made the day even better. Her English was great and the driver very safe and professional. Lunch was just brilliant and the food was amazing as I worry about getting sick. It was seriously amazing food! The trip is better then Halong Bay I think if you have not much time. Just amazing to see. Returning from the trip it was great we had a great day everyone agreed how smooth it went and it was a pleasure to meet Tim Tam and book with Custom Travels.
