I am overwhelming pleased - My experience from the 1st text exchange was amazing. This company has excellent customer service. My contact person answered every text dang near within 30 minutes. When I was concerned that something was gonna go wrong or I was unsure or doubtful, My contact was right there to answer any questions. When she didn't know the answer she honestly said that and definitely got back to me when she found the answer. I was never lead wrong. She kept me up to date on the pictures, the process and the turn around time, she even made sure I had the photographers contact info. When the photo shoot was over. She made sure we got our proofs. She even went the extra mile when I couldn't receive Mines and resent them to a different address. I can not express the level of customer service I received. It was outstanding. I highly recommend using this company when booking your next adventure. They do not disappoint
