Memorable trip for a lifetime!! - This was such an amazing experience for me and my family. Our tour guide, Andy, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He had a great sense of humor and kept my whole family engaged. He is a big reason for the positive experience. I don’t like extreme crowds and preferred a more private guide. The ride was very comfortable versus a crowded tour bus. Andy picked us up right on time at the accommodation we were staying at. The invasion tunnel was a favored experience among my family and the viewing deck was overwhelming. I have the unique experience of being American-Korean. My mom was born a year before the war ended and it was informative to know what life was like after the war. I absolutely recommend touring the DMZ, keep in mind it is an all day event.

Great Tour Guide, Very Knowledgeable - This is what I want to write; is it okay? We had a wonderful tour to the DMZ with Won who is a great tour guide! We were first in line for the Third Tunnel and were always well taken care of. He made sure we were safe and was careful to lead us where I could get around safely. Won communicates very well, so we were secure in knowing when and where and the time he was picking us up. I highly recommend Won as your guide!

Amazing DMZ Tour with Fantastic Guide, Tiger - My husband and I did this tour on our recent trip to Seoul and it was truly an amazing experience, thanks in large part to our tour guide, "Tiger." A retired South Korean military officer who actually did patrols in the DMZ for part of his career, Tiger offered perspectives and insights that really brought the tour to life for us. Tiger was knowledgeable, professional, highly proficient in English, and immaculately timed the many stops on the trip to maximize the value of our experience. While the official tour time involves a pickup at 7:30am from Seoul, we were offered an earlier start time (6:30am) which I highly recommend if you can swing it. It will put you ahead of many of the large, group tours that do similar stops. This is a must-do experience for anyone interested in unique history and geopolitical situation of the Korean Peninsula. And you will score a real win if you get Tiger as your guide!

Great - I recently had the unique opportunity to participate in an activity in the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), and the experience exceeded all my expectations. The DMZ, a strip of land that divides North and South Korea, is loaded with historical and cultural significance, offering in-depth insight into the complex relationship between the two nations. From the beginning, the organization of the activity was impeccable. Tour guide Won was extremely knowledgeable, providing a rich and detailed narrative about the history of the DMZ and the events that led to its creation. His ability to contextualize historical events in an engaging and educational way made the visit much more meaningful. One of the most impressive parts of the visit was the opportunity to see Panmunjom, also known as the "Village of Truce". Being present in a place where historic agreements were negotiated and signed was truly moving. The feeling of being in a place so full of history is indescribable. Another highlight was the visit to the Infiltration Tunnel, where we learned about the efforts of both sides to cross the DMZ. The engineering behind these tunnels and the history of the tensions they pose were fascinating. The experience was enriched by the chance to walk through one of these tunnels, offering a much more tangible perspective on history. In addition to the historical aspects, the DMZ also offers a surprising amount of natural beauty. The surrounding area is teeming with wildlife and plants, creating a striking contrast to its military history. The landscape offers a unique opportunity for contemplation and reflection on peace and coexistence. In, the

Disappointed with cancelation - Accidentally made a double booking. The day prior I tried to explain to the tour guide who contacted me via WhatsApp, but they assured me there was no issue. On morning of tour, two tour guides showed up and would not allow to cancel. While I understand the accident requires a fee/charge, I’m very upset that the full $650 charge was made without any service provided. Viator was not helpful in resolving.
