Unforgetable experience - We loved the place, without a doubt we will repeat on another vacation to Mallorca....we laughed a lot The facilities were great, the truth is that the schedule we chose was great, there weren't many people and that helped in every way.

Good atmosphere - The place is fun, we had a great time...you just have to be very careful when jumping...it can have a bad fall and impact. But it was worth it, the atmosphere was very good, the music was 100% top... etc. I would repeat

Kids loved it - We came here early afternoon (3.15 session) it’s summertime so rather warm inside and obviously when you’re jumping about but the kids loved it. Friendly staff too. We’ll be back!

Must visit for kids all ages. - Second time I have taken my g/son (11) along to the Palma Jump and was at his request this time as enjoyed so much the last time a couple of years ago pre pandemic. Ideal for all ages youngsters , teens and adults with loads of different types of trampolines and objects. Staff friendly , show demo video re safety and the play area well supervised. For parents there is a snack bar with , soft drinks , beers (1.50€)and snacks all at so reasonable prices , while passing the time in the seated cafe area while watching your kids . Very impressed with their covid protocol , completely separate entrance/ exit , well ventilated, extra big fans with staff doing a complete wipe down of all touching surfaces in the play area , changing area and cafe before each hourly session. What great value of the 10€ hourly session and appropriate socks for you to keep 1.50€ extra. Very easy to book a slot especially for busy periods , paying online and again the QR code much simpler , faster and safer these days. Top marks to them and wish I had a chance of a play area like this in my days.

Very good!!! Get jumping! - Whilst spending a few weeks on holiday we thought a break from the beach would be a good idea. With a 6 and 8 year old in tow we headed for Jump. We were so surprised how good it was, very safe, very big and had everything that we have found in the UK. A lot of English speakers on hand and really quiet at 3pm when we went. Food was excellent and really cheap. I had the best bowl of tries I have had in a very long time. This is no tourist trap as it’s on an industrial part of Palma, just by Decathlon. Staff were all very friendly, and only €10 for an hour which I thought was brilliant. Couldn’t fault it, except it’s a little warm, but hey we are in Mallorca, it’s the height of the Summer and it’s a huge space to cool. Good job the drinks were really reasonable. We will be back next year for sure, but just go and jump!! Thanks Jump Palma!!!!

The people who work there are overcommanding Little ***** - Me and my friend were having fun when my friend threw a cushion thing at someone balancing (the purpose of the thing) and the people just kicked him out. Then the other dude came up to me and said in Spanish „hey I don’t like you, leave the Park now!“ And I didn’t do anything. Even the girls my friend threw at said I was innocent but I got kicked anyway. This wasn’t the first time I came here. I do weekly classes aswell but at least that teacher is nice. That’s why they get even the two stars. If the teacher lebe strait a 0

Worst moment of my life - please read it’s important! - DANGEROUS! Please be aware of the dangers. I had one bad fall on the trampoline, the bone in my ankle broke through my skin. I had several broken bones in my foot. I had to undergo different serious surgeries during 1 month. I’m 25 years old, yoga instructor, black belt in taekwondo, profesional dancer... now I’m told I will NEVER be able to run or jump again or do any physical sport that puts high impact on my foot. Not only me, but the doctors warm that almost every week someone arrives with serious injuries from this place... children and adults. Why don’t they shut it down? As they are not liable for the jumps we make. Please be careful, there are so many beautiful things to do in Mallorca - don’t do this.
