The Turistik winery tour is good and professional - The tour guide Jaime is excellent, friendly and helpful. The tour is absolutely amazing for those who are interested in the history of Chilean wine and the unique flavour.

Nice private tour to Concha y Toro - The driver was Chilian official guide having a license. He told us a lot about Chile and Santiago de Chile, and also Chilian wine during driving. We could get to know a lot about Chile and Santiago, and also the wine story in Chile. Of course, Concha y Toro was nice.

Great Time & Wine - I visited the Vineyard with my wife. The tour was in English and the guide's ability to speak English was very good. He was also very funny and knowledgeable. The wine was delicious as well. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this tour. 100%.

It was a beautiful day to enjoy this... - <p>It was a beautiful day to enjoy this amazing vineyard. Our driver, Marcelo, was punctual for our hotel pick up. His English was excellent and he safely maneuvered the car through the traffic. His attentive professional assistance was outstanding and made our trip so enjoyable.</p>

Good surprise - This was the first time I booked a tour directly through TripAdvisor without any direct contact with the tour operator. There was some confusion about the pickup time: they said I’d get a message until 22:00 the day before but by 22:15 nothing had arrived. I sent a message through the TripAdvisor App and everything was sorted out. The tour itself was a good surprise: our guide Luis arrived punctually, was very nice and knowledgeable about local history, wines and Chilean wines in particular. Tour at Concha y Toro started on time and was pleasant. Overall the place where the vineyards are located is very beautiful. Definitely worth the visit.

RIDE TO THE VINEYARD - Okay so you are really only paying for a ride to the Concho y Toro vineyard where the driver will buy your ticket and point you in the right direction of the group tour that you go on. The tour was nice but you could probably just hire an Uber to take you there and back

The gardens of Concho y Toro - The winery was good. A nice tour and three wines were tasted. There was however no cheese or snacks to go with the wine as described in the write up on Viator.com. The reason I am rating this tour as poor is because of the small vehicle MTO Chile sent for 4 large adults. It was so cramped that a first we hesitated even trying it, but was told that I’d we did not take the car, we would miss our tour entirely. So off we went for a very uncomfortable 90 minute drive. Upon arrival we again explained our discomfort and asked that the guide contact MTO Chile which they did. The manager, Guillermo Rojas, said he did not have any other cars to send for us so we were again stuck in the Subcompact SUV for the trip back to the hotel. My advise would be to get verification in writing about what kind of vehicle will be provided to prevent a similar experience.

Terrible Communication - Terrible communication, would not respond in time to allow cancelation. Book a tour through your hotel instead.

Very rude and unprofessional - The tour agent Philippo is very arrogant , unfriendly and unhelpful. First he contacted me and was acquiring about another traveler even though I am a solo traveler ( that’s about the clients confidentiality) …. Then he was rude on the phone and upset why I made the booking so late ?! Then later on that evening he confirmed the next day pick up timing for 13:30 2 hours before pick up he changed the timing again ( by 2 hours later ) without any further discussion ! I told him that I already made dinner reservations for the evening and I can not cancel it as it is a farewell dinner . His professional answer “lol so funny “ or “I will not discuss with you ! “ Paying 87 USD for a 4 hours trip I would expect more professional approach and politeness. The end he just canceled my trip without any discussion!
