Guided tour Pompei - The guide was very pleasant, smiling, she knew how to adapt to our requests. She speaks French very well. We were able to discover places and features that we absolutely would not have noticed without her. We really enjoyed it and found it useful.

POMPEII....how wonderful!!!!! - We carried out the visit in the morning, we are 2 couples of friends, we opted for the 3-hour guided tour. We were assigned a guide named Angela, a nice but above all competent girl, who provided us with a lot of useful information, answered all the questions we asked her, guided us inside the excavations, bypassing the most crowded points and explaining in detail details that, without her, we would certainly have missed. We had already visited Pompeii on a couple of occasions "alone"....with a guide it's something else!!! Probably all the guides are good.... but I recommend the guide Angela, whom I thank for her availability and competence.

Very recommendable - I loved !! Silvia our guide was very kind. He has a lot of knowledge of the place. We really felt very very comfortable and really enjoyed our tour. I recommend it !!

Amazing place and tour guide - worth every penny! - I was skeptical about getting a private tour of Pompeii. A day before our visit, we met a family who had been there the day before and had done the audio tour. They said that without a doubt, they wish they had done a guided tour. So I booked the private tour right away. Our tour guide, Carmine, was knowledgeable, charming and made our visit to Pompeii absolutely delightful with stories and facts. He asked what we wanted to see which I loved because he didn’t have a scripted tour. He had a plan which was to tailor the tour to what we wanted the experience to be. My son teenage son and I are very grateful to Carmine for the wonderful experience of Pompeii.

Fantastic view on Pompeii - Fantastic tour, highly recommended to really get a feeling for Pompeii and the inhabitants lives up to and after the eruption. You won't get this 'colour' from a map. Carmine was a very thoughtful (with the kids) and knowledgeable guide....highly recommended!

Amazing tour of Pompeii with Carmine! - Carmine was an outstanding guide and we had a wonderful tour! He was a great communicator and helped us find the right train from Naples to Pompeii. He also checked in the night before the tour to make sure we had what we needed. He answered all our question in a very timely manner. The tour itself was perfect for our family of 5 including kids. He gave us a lot of wonderful information about Pompeii that was interesting to both kids and adults. He knows the site like the back of his hand so we were able to see the best of Pompeii while also avoiding the crowds and school groups. When we needed to stop for a break and snack he incorporated that seamlessly into the tour. I highly recommend Carmine!

Absolutely wonderful! - Again, a tour with Viator was excellent. Our tour of Pompei was amazing and we could have never learned what we did without our guide Alona. She made sure we saw the most important area since we had such a short time. Alona was fantastic and very knowledgeable. She did not rush the tour and always had answers to our questions.
