Super Street food journey around the capital! - Really great, interesting, tasty and fun experience! Our guide was expert in the history of Mauritius as well as the culinary delights of this wonderful country. We had great fun exploring Port Louis and had some amazing and varied food delights on the way.
If you are looking to spend a few hours on a fascinating and delicious mini tour then I would highly recommend - Taste Buddies are excellent!

The guide was... - The guide was knowledgable and the food was tasty! We had a stroller and our 2 year old with us. Although the guide did try and help us there were a lot of stairs and uneven road so for this reson it was challenging.

Hot. - Really good experience. Nice Chap and plenty to eat from all the different parts across the city. Local and historical knowledge was good and knew the answer to most basic questions. Would be intersting to see the meat market aswell. Although I know its not for everyone

Superb gastronomic stroll - Superb gastronomic walk with Rudy in the heart of Port Louis, lots of explanations about the city, the island....
We tasted things that we would certainly never have dared to taste.
We had a great time and would definitely recommend this activity.

Great way to see Port Louis - Really enjoyed our tour, a great mix of learning by a bit about the island and enjoying some nice food. Our guide was fantastic and answered any questions we had. I would recommend a light breakfast before it as you get a lot of food to try

Great to taste local food - It was great, the host, Rudy, was very friendly and informative and made the tour fun. We ate a lot! I'd advise not having breakfast! It was quite tiring walking around in the heat and humidity (and full of food!), but worth it. My favourite was the local fruits.

Good Introduction to Local Street Food - A nice introduction to Mauritius street food. Our guide, Robbie, guided us on a guided walk around the markets and back streets of downtown Port Louis. The food portions were huge, enough so we had to share full portions for the last few stops. Along the way, we'd stop periodically and Robby would explain a bit of history around the sites. The only negative was the heat! Good tour worth taking.
