Great tour in an amazing city - Prague is an absolutely amazing place with such great, preserved buildings, statues, and art. This tour helped us not just see the sites, but better understand them, thanks to our knowledgeable guide Marcela. While it rained most of the tour, Marcela made the best of it. She was very friendly, funny, and approachable. We enjoyed a traditional Czech lunch and wrapped the tour with a 40 minute boat ride on the Vltava River. Highly recommend.

Buma gave us so much insight into the history, culture and people of Czech republic - fascinating and insightful. - Buma was a really fabulus guide - the level of her knoweldge and her ability to convey the history and culture of Czech republic was impressive. We felt like we learned so much about the country, what has happened to the country and it's people over the years, but even better we felt we got an insight into how Czech people live and who they are - for example how communism effected ordinary people and their outlook. Buma - we can't thank you enough for being the bets tour guide ever.

Great day in Prague - We had one day in Prague and we did this tour. Our tour guide Thomas was very informative, he is a history and english teacher as a day job so he knows his stuff. It was a lot of walking and to get to the castle from the bridge is pretty much all up hill on cobble stone walkways (very cool), so if you have problems walking long distances this may not be for you or bring a walking stick for support, it was worth the effort. The city is full of history and the stories were very interesting, the view from the castle was breathtaking and well worth the walk. I would probably pass on the boat ride part of it, only because the information was the same, but the ice cream was yummy and the boat ride was relaxing, I actually fell asleep for that part, but after the 5 hour walk, it was necessary. My husband said the view from the boat was nice. There were several shops along the way and we could stop at any of them, we stopped in the gingerbread bakery for a cookie, reasonably priced and very tasty, there was also no shortage of beer, I think three stops including the boat. Lunch and the snack on the boat are included in the price, the extra stops and the beverage stop after the castle are extra but worth it.

Ideal day out to know the city - Amazing day trip out. You got a lot of your moneys worth. Tour guide Jan is full of useful knowledge, you see some hidden spots of the city you probably wouldn’t find on your own. Freshly cooked lunch and the boat ride is a nice way to end the day.

Best Tour with lots of value - We would recommend this tour over & over again. Hannah was a fantastic tour guide. We had individual head sets so we could hear everything. The price was extremely reasonable considering this was a 6 hour tour that included a tram ride, a full authentic Czech lunch in a very interesting restaurant, and a 45 minute boat ride.

A Must Do in Prague - Booma was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor and personality. There was a larger group than normal and she made sure no one was left behind. She also made sure that we were standing in the best spot for pictures.

TMI. Just okay. - Elizabeth (Elisa?) was our guide. She is very nice and knowledgeable. Our main criticism is that she went into far, far too much detail about some things. The tour became like a dreaded college history class with a boring professor. Our second criticism is that she would take off walking for very long periods without looking behind her. This meant that those in her group who did not walk as fast or who could not cross an intersection because of a “don’t walk” signal got left very far behind. Yet, she was totally oblivious to this issue. Our third criticism is that lunch wasn’t scheduled until “2:00 or 3:00 pm” (we ate our lunch at approximately 2:45 pm). Finally (and this was not the fault of our guide), the old guy who was there to hand-out (and later collect) headsets seemed to have no idea what he was doing and was more interested in talking on his phone than working.

Disappointing tour - Not a very engaging tour, unfortunately. Our guide was difficult to understand at times, and much of the information she gave was not terribly interesting. The lunch was of medium quality. The boat tour was repetitive and simply gave us much of the same facts recited to us by the guide. Can’t say I’d recommend this tour to anyone. I was quite disappointed.
