Situated to the south of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya is renowned for its contemporary architecture from the late 20th century, including the striking Putra Mosque, constructed with rose-tinted granite and featuring a pink-colored dome. Adjacent to it stands the vast Perdana Putra with a green dome, housing the offices of the prime minister.
