Subsequently, you will proceed to the museum to better understand the tragic impacts of the conflict by examining exhibits. As you wander the adjacent gardens, take note of the charred remains of wooden houses destroyed by U.S. troops. Explore remaining traces from that fateful day with the assistance of our knowledgeable guide who will engage with your inquiries in English, providing insights into the history of the village during the war.
Afterwards, we will enjoy a modest meal at a nearby eatery. We then guide you to the Monument of Vietnamese Heroic Mother, erected to pay tribute to the mothers who endured the heartbreak of losing children in the battles. The monument showcases a prominent depiction of heroic mother Nguyen Thi Thu, who grieved the loss of her offspring in two separate conflicts.
